The staff is what really seals it. Friendly every time, they make you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit. And the range is what makes it special. During the week it's a laid-back work-and-relax spot, but on the weekend it turns up into a whole vibe. Same place, two moods, both excellent. His food didn't arrive until after we received our checks. He didn't wasn't to eat while we waited and have everyone uncomfortably watch, so he asked the hostess to box the meal up. Someone asked why he had to pay full price plus service charge for something he received extremely late, and the response was that he got his water for free. We asked to speak to the manager and sadly he was too busy to address the issue. Not sure if this just a common practice up north but we didn't like the treatment of our coworker.
