The store was extremely clean, well organized, and inviting, which immediately made browsing enjoyable. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and positive atmosphere that made us want to take our time and explore every aisle. This place is absolutely amazing and, in our opinion, beats BevMo by 110 percent. The selection is impressive, and the layout makes it easy to find what you are looking for while also discovering new things you did not even know you needed. I loved how this store truly has everything you could possibly think of when it comes to wine and entertaining. From a great variety of wines to adorable wine stoppers, stylish coasters, and beautifully designed wine bags, there were so many unique and thoughtful items that would make perfect gifts or additions to your own home. The customer service really stood out and took the experience to another level. A special thank you to Elena, who took the time to help us find the perfect wine. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind, and I truly appreciated the attention and care she gave us. The cashier was also incredibly nice and friendly, which made checking out just as pleasant as the rest of the visit. Another great surprise was the variety of snacks available. It was nice to see so many options that pair well with wine, making this a true one stop shop. Overall, this store exceeded our expectations in every way. I honestly wish we had a store like this in California. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely be stopping by again. This is a must visit spot for wine lovers and anyone looking for great service and a fantastic shopping experience.

For those who don't know, Benton County (where Bentonville, Rogers and Bella Vista are located, in…read morethe northwest corner of Arkansas) is a "moist" county. That means that there are restaurants where alcohol is sold (you have to sign the book at the front, which is a total joke) but you have to consume it on site. There are no gas stations with coolers full of beer. There is no state liquor store where you can stock up on vodka and tequila. So if you want to have a few beers in your fridge, you have to drive across the border into Washington County or up to Missouri. Crazy, but it's the law. For the Superbowl tomorrow, we wanted to have a few brews available, so we headed down to the nearest booze store, which is literally right across the border into Springdale. County Line Liquor is a decent sized store and they sell everything. Two long walls of coolers with beer and several aisles neatly displaying the latest in liver-cirrhosis inducing technology, all easily organized by poison. Rum over here, schnapps over there, wines by region in the next aisle. Clearly labeled with prices, which is very helpful. Prices are somewhat reasonable and they also have a drive-up window for those who are too incapacitated to park their vehicles and stumble in. While I wasn't carded (I'm clearly over 21), the clerk did card the kid in front of me in line. They are very much on top of that and I made sure to thank him for doing so.

honestly, the store is clean, most of the workers are nice, and the liquor is decently priced…read more HOWEVER; there is a manager there, Karen; she has reddish hair and is on the shorter side, she is so unbelievably rude to the staff while she's working. I've seen her call one of them a "Stupid Fuck"??? She also has the worst stank resting face I've ever seen. like is it so hard to smile at a customer????? overall I will be using other alternatives like Iron Hand Liquor and LA Liquor, I'd rather drive the distance than have to listen to a manager berate an employee.
