These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I'd have no problems recommending them to others, and will likely go back to them when I need other things addressed in the house.

When we first met Chad back in May 2021, we were looking to get some low lighting in the front &…read moreback yard. Chad was very knowledgeable as my wife and I did not know much about low lighting. Chad gave us a lot different choices and he recommended Phillips Hue system that gave more variety with colored effects than just white lighting. He came back a few times with ideas until we made a decision. We installed the system in January 2022 and for the first few months the system was great! However a few months later we started getting issues with the cabling and Chad came back out to diagnose the issue and resolved it. Every few months we were having issues with the system which was very disheartening as it was an expensive system and the issue was the cabling and Chad no longer promoted Phillips Hue after our experience. We are still having issues with the system it was usually in the back yard but the past 2 times it has been in the front yard. When I have contacted Chad he has been responsive and I usually have to wait around 2-3 weeks until he was able to come out and fix the problem. In October 2024 we had another issue with some of the lights flickering and sometimes it doesn't switch on. I contacted Chad and it took a couple of texts to get a response saying he would be unavailable for 2 weeks but he would be in touch to come and look at the issue. It's been more than 6 weeks and he hasn't still responded to any of mine or my wife's text or messages, as we were concerned of his well being after silence. He has completely gone silent and it is unlike him not to reply but we have been left stranded and ignored. We would have preferred for him to respond and say no I can't keep coming to fix the issue rather than just to be ignored. We regret putting the Phillips Hue system and wish we just put in white lights and my wife + we feel very disappointed and let down with Chad also considering we gave him some work at our HOA. We are all about helping folks and promoting good work. Chad is a great guy, we are sorry our system is problematic but he charges to come and fix issues, we are disappointed to be left stranded with silence to texts, emails and messages. This is not the way you treat a good customer and we felt he was not happy coming to fix the issues as it was every few months, which is unheard of. We are very disappointed in Phillips Hue. We were not about to change the system again to just simple white lights after spending thousands. We now find someone else to help resolve the issue. We wish Chad would at least support the failures and help us rather than having us restart the process with a new professional. It saddens me to write this review as if you look at my reviews they are always generally positive but this experience is one we needed tor share for awareness.

Dr. Sprinkler handled everything from the sprinklers and drip line for the palm to the valves and controller. Logan was our lead person, and he and his team did a great job. Our house sits on a corner lot with substantially large front and rear lawns. There were bald spots all over the place and half the front lawn was dying or dead. I had another irrigation company come out and tell me that I needed a whole new sprinkler system: Main line from the street to the house because the pressure was low; all brand new pipes across the yard because the older pipes had clogged with rust; new valves for all 12 stations because they too were clogged with rust; all new sprinkler heads because they were the wrong ones in the first place. They promised to fix of my sprinkler problem for the low, low price of $11,000. Then I called Dr. Sprinkler. They sent Joseph out to assess the situation, make his recommendations, and he himself would be there to do the work. Together we walked the entire front and rear yards checking each station. Joseph determined the following: 1. There was plenty of pressure from the street to the house. 125 psi was plenty to handle the load; 2. None of the valves needed replacing. Each one flowed strong with plenty of water pressure; 3. None of the pipes needed replacing. Joseph simply removed the sprinkler heads, turned on each valve and cleaned the lines of dirt and pebbles that were restricting the flow of water; 4. He replaced about 12 sprinkler heads that were no longer working properly. He installed new sprinkler heads that provided enough coverage to hit all of the bald spots on the lawn that were not getting water; 5. He added on additional sprinkler to provide better coverage; 6. He capped a sprinkler that was not needed; 7. He reset our automatic timer to increase the amount of watering and add one day to the cycle. The result? The lawn was unbelievably transformed to a lush, green carpet within two weeks. And the cost? $775.00 Need I say more?
