While the vehicle was in their care, Greg backed it into another parked car, causing what appeared to be a minor dent. She initially did not want to file an insurance claim. After heavy rain shortly after, the car developed significant water intrusion in the rear. The dealership later confirmed body damage but advised the issue would be difficult to repair due to the water-related nature of the damage. Regardless of whether the water intrusion is ultimately determined to be related, the shop has refused to provide insurance information for the damage that occurred while the car was in their care, despite repeated requests from both my mother and her insurance company. The lack of transparency and accountability made this situation far more stressful than it should have been.

This summer she had a serious failure which dictated a trip on a roll-back for evaluation. After a day or 2 of extensive diagnosis, they found that it had a failed turbo with an impeller making very minor housing contact (only at temp). Turbo replaced as well as some other needed work and she was out-the-door at a cost MUCH LESS than the local dealer (who thru this service we STRONGLY SUSPECT was NOT changing oil as requested as the oil was broken down and led to a low oil-pressure) who we now will NEVER TRUST.
