Beaches you have truly upgraded yourself from the former Rage-era. I love it and the powers beachside ambiance. This place reads as miami but also LA simultaneously and in the highest of qualities from the pink neon glows, to the never ending amount of mirror balls in spinning suspension. Ben the bartender is a great ambassador of Beaches and was super kind as he made great drinks with focus and stealth. He is a great addition to your property as is this amazing Wednesday night Drawing Class : entitled 'Drink & Draw' (ok if you say so ) models stoke poses as fun art people sketch and paint and charcoal for the given pose and it's cool to watch and see and reminds me I should always travel with my own personal drawing supplies and this place reminds me to. Thank you Beaches for giving us this. We will be back for sure to participate in all the things. Promise.

If you're longing for Don Johnson to travel in a time machine back to 1985 when he was the epitome of South Beach cool, then this bar is for you because the owners are intentionally invoking the Miami club scene back then. That vibe was quite prevalent during WeHo PRIDE when the bronzed go-go boys out front were gyrating to a decidedly Latin beat (photo: https://yelp.to/aJBHlb8HYS). It looked like they took over the adjacent parking lot and organized the Mega Drag Brunch, which was quite an extravaganza of queens lip-syncing in full regalia (photo: https://yelp.to/AwuQSvTWTv). Jamie W and I were able to grab a couple of seats at a half-empty round table and watch the festivities in a semi-sober state. No matter as we sipped $10 Tequila Sunrises. OK, more like threw back, but hey, we were having a good time. We didn't spend much time inside the bar itself because it was packed with swarthy, half-naked men. Talk about missed opportunities. I also could've also had an El Coco Loco Colada or a Mango Tango Margarita. I'm glad to hear Beaches has just taken over Heart WeHo across the street. There can never be enough swarthy, half-naked men. DRINKS - 3.5 stars...potent enough AMBIANCE - 4 stars...surrounded by a lot of razzle-dazzle SERVICE - 4 stars...the staff maneuvered the shenanigans TOTAL - 4 stars...a little tropical fever in WeHo RELATED - Exploring WeHo? Overall a classic WeHo bar in a great location with reliable service & consistently tasty food! If you are in the WeHo area looking for a small bite to eat or some drinks to start the night - Beaches is a great place to hit. Outdoor & indoor seating options available, a menu that caters to vegetarians/pescatarians, and some great drinks! Really enjoyed stopping by for a quick bite of delicious Brussels sprouts & a plate of calamari! Server was attentive & helpful. The experience was just what we needed to continue our day in WeHo.

The security guard here clearly has no idea what he's doing. He confiscated my friend's real ID and claimed it was fake -- apparently because he didn't like the color of her photo. She's literally of age, and it's a valid government ID. Absolute joke of a staff. Completely untrained, unprofessional, and arrogant. Don't waste your time or money coming here.

I'm happily giving this place 5 stars because they weren't even open when we walked by and randomly started a small convo with the worker asking about the hours and he kindly welcomed us and said we could order a couple beers! He was super friendly and went above and above! This place looked fun and we can't wait to go back!

This was my first time at a Drag brunch and I must say the Beaches at Weho don't play they come to serve and have a good time! We went in honor of my friends mom birthday. We were able to get a table with no problem and felt included and welcomed by the staff. The manager was there and when he found out it we were celebrating her birthday he bought the entire restaurant multiple rounds of shots! Which were delicious by the way. The food options were plenty- although they were out of waffles this day - it was no secret and they made up for it with the best Drag show possible. The ladies who performed were truly talented and hilarious. Our day was full of laughter drinks yummy food. I definitely recommend coming to this place if you are in WeHo.

Got a quick drink and bite here. It's more intimate and smaller compared to the other bars in Weho, but gets pretty packed later at night. Service can take a little bit of time so if you want a drink without a wait then just hit up the bar. I got the Tostones Cups with Picadillo for an appetizer. These were really well done. Very crunchy plantains with a flavorful ground beef filling. Would definitely get this again! Other than some delayed service, a good bar in the Weho area to check out!

They took everyone's orders without a hitch, and the food came out fast, which is impressive with a group that big. The performers were fabulous!! amazing energy, stunning outfits, and so much sparkle. Since I had no idea what I was walking into, I came totally unprepared. My one regret was not bringing a stack of dollar bills. Definitely bring cash if you're coming for the drag brunch, tip the queens!! They did have their Venmo info up so I tipped through there but it just wasn't as fun as having cash out when they danced by. I ordered the skinny bitch margarita and the coconut shrimp. The margarita was solid, but I wouldn't recommend the coconut shrimp. It was soggy, greasy, and honestly not great. Thankfully, everything else about the experience more than made up for it. Some tips: - Bring cash to tip the drag performers - If you get a cocktail in the high-heel shoe cup, you can bring it to Mickys afterward for discounted refills which we did, and it was an absolute blast - they charged us $13.50 admission per person at the end Overall, such a fun experience. Also got the Gin and Tonic for $20, plus $6 for an extra shot of Gin. Tasted like any other Gin and Tonic. Was disappointed our drinks were mostly ice. We shared a Kobe Burger with French Fries for $27.50. Decided to not add cheese for $2 or do any of the upgrades for the sides. There is an upcharge of $1.99 do split plate, but it includes an extra side dish. They gave us the option to have the patty Medium or Well Done. We opted for Medium. Felt the Kobe Burger was alright, nothing special. The French Fries were too salty. Jerry said it wasn't salty at all, but we disagreed. We saw one Drag Queen the entire time. He was calling out the Bingo numbers. It was fun to throw the Bingo paper at the winners. Overall, it was a fun event. Would return for the cause, not the food.
