Our infrared sauna and cold plunge tub were delivered and installed and all went well. I was eager…read moreto try the sauna but honestly? I HATE cold water and didn't plan on using the cold plunge other than to throw a leg in there maybe ..(it was for my husband). If you think voluntarily putting your body in a tub of cold water and ice sounds a bit crazy, google "benefits of ice bath " "cold plunge" At this point we are both using the ice bath daily. I know, shocker right?!!! Why? Because the results are incredible! To name a few, it speeds up muscle recovery after a workout, decreases inflammation, improves mood and the list goes on and on. The sauna is also amazing! We ended up getting a 3 person Finnleo infrared (used by 2 of us) and so glad we did this! We would not have been comfortable in the 2 person model. Some of the sauna benefits we have been experiencing are improved circulation, better sleep, recover better from Soreness and stiffness after workouts.. and more! Thanks again to Debbie, she held our hand every step of the way and is always happy to share her knowledge/personal experience.

When it needed a new cover we ordered one from the renamed business. We were told to expect 6-8 weeks wait. It took almost double that because it sat in their warehouse unlabeled. Then the first installer couldn't figure out how to do it so another delay. I tried to finish paying the second installer but he had no invoice and the office would send one. A few days later I got an accusatory call asking why we hadn't paid the bill. After a tense exchange he finally agreed to send an itemized bill. He seemed to think i should pay whatever amount he threw out. They have lost my business permanently.

Scuffs everywhere, a slice on the decal on the side (probably from opening box with box cutter?), a nice gouge on the front of the mower deck, oil spilled around oil filler and inside the top of the engine (that will probably make a nice mess when dust and dirt start sticking to it?), even oil spilled on the side discharge chute that was stored inside the grass catcher bag, and no owners manual was given? WTF? I know they mostly deal with landscape companies that aren't too worried about cosmetic stuff (except the oil spilled into top of engine is not good) but as a home owner that likes new stuff to look new, I would never allow them to assemble a new machine ever again (way too easy to do it yourself), not to mention have it serviced there as their work ethics is sadly missing?

On November 4th took a chainsaw in for service and was told it would be available by November 26th as three weeks was the service interval. On November 27th I was told it had not been serviced and would be available by December 3rd. On December 4th FVE contacted me and asked if they should proceed with repair which I declined. I undersand and have no issue with paying for an estimate to repair, however the fact this took a full week longer than what was promised to me is unacceptable. I will now take my business, including repair of this unit elsewhere.
