One particular tooth was worked on multiple times and still never got right, and eventually I had to go somewhere else and pay to have it redone. The worst part has been all the pain and discomfort I've had to go through, along with having to take time away from work for additional appointments and procedures. I've basically had to pay twice for work that should have been done correctly the first time. After everything I've been through, I would not recommend this dentist. I wish I had gone somewhere else from the beginning.

Imagine having to pay up after being poked in every corner of your mouth, never fun. With that being said, this is the first time in my life where I did not once feel like another patient. I was welcomed by reception and did not drown in new patient forms. From there, Janet took me to get X-rays where she was gentle and caring in every shot she needed. After, Dr. Navarro did a review and was very informative on what I needed to do to get my dental health back on track. From there, Dr. Navarro recommended a full mouth debridement, which is a step up from a basic cleaning. I never had such a thing done so I follow the recommendation. The hygienist is where a lot of dentistry offices keep or lose patients. Well, let's just say Xiomara the hygienist has the hands of Picasso but for cleaning teeth. Never in my life have I had the opportunity to receive a cleaning and not feel like I was being butchered alive until today! Xiomara is a master at her craft and I was beyond impressed at the speed and efficiency that she performed with. The best part was with NO PAIN WHATSOEVER! Never thought I could put dentist and no pain in the same sentence until now. If you need a new dentist make the switch now!!!

I could not have been more mistaken. I walked into his office literally in tears. I was at another dentist that took my insurance, and from start to finish it became clear to me that their is in fact a HUGE difference. Instead of going on about the terrible experience at the other dentist I want to share what I saw and felt to be the biggest difference. Dr Naierman has stellar bedside manner. He is polite, and takes a few moments to speak with me before even touching my mouth. While looking in my mouth he is not "heavy handed" and is quite aware that their is a person attached to "that mouth". He is professional and caring. After looking at my X-rays it was determined that I would need additional work done. He explained what/why/how. His staff was kind and eager to help with qs and the overall happy feeling in that office, I am sure, is a direct result of the working environment and watching Dr Naierman interact so well with the people that come in. The only thing I am sorry about is that I am moving away and won't be able to use him as my regular dentist.

I adore the late Dr. Kerns, Dr. Kesman, Miriam, dental assistants, and the front office staff. However, my recent experience with Dr. Green has made me conclude that this practice is no longer a good fit for my family and me. I am sorely disappointed in the care I received from Dr. Green. Without a doubt, she is the worst dentist I have ever seen in my life. After spending three hours in the office, Dr. Green did not have the time to rectify the issue I made the appointment to address. However, she did try to upsell me on a new treatment plan that requires four crowns. How could this be when I just completed a treatment plan requiring four fillings and two crowns in April of 2021? She did not even pretend to give a crap about me or my teeth. She appears to gravitate towards the procedures that generate more significant revenue. My issue was not worth her time. I felt rushed and dismissed. Although my family and I will not be going back, I have advice for anyone who plans to visit Smile Design Dental of Plantation. Do not book your appointment with Dr. Green! The worst ever.

Not good for business and denying a customer is not worthy of my recommendation. This applies to the Plantation location.

I had to have some major surgery done on my mouth, was it inexpensive - no - but you have to factor in the quality of his dentistry, the sedation and how much attention is paid to detail. I wasn't just another dollar walking in the door - to me it didn't feel that way at all - he was super nice, very welcoming and most importantly ... he LISTENED. I first went to him way back in i think 2004... his work is so awesome it looks like it was done yesterday. I'm afraid I totally agree with "he is a dentist not a finance company." The first few times - i had the cash - this last time I did not and I had a LOT of work done and didn't have that kind of money lying around - his office were amazing with connecting me with Care Credit - he was paid by them and and they happily worked out a payment plan for me I don't know . It seems that the reviewer was given all the options and reasons why including the price - I'm not understanding why you would return to a dentist that you clearly walked away from unhappy ???

I went in for a visit to find out my tooth was cracked. A return visit revealed an infection. The dentist said," the only viable alternative is to put me to sleep".
