The clinic is clean, the service is impeccable, and the quality of all the equipment is incredible. They accept several insurance plans, but for those without insurance, they offer their own plan for $349/year, including 2 dental cleanings, a 20% discount on treatments, and other benefits. Amazing experience at Aqua Dental Loft. I broke a molar over the weekend and called at 8:00 am on Monday. they were able to bring me in at 9:50 as an emergency patient. Took me in right away and it was determined that I needed a crown to fix my broken tooth. Dr Casey was able to make my beautiful new crown to match my teeth exactly right there in the office and before 1:00 pm I had my new crown in place. it looks great and feels great. Dr Casey is the Sh*t!!! This man really does care about his patients to the fullest extent. This was my first time at aqua dental and it wont be the last. My appointment was right on time, and they took me back right away. The front desk receptionist were polite and friendly. The Xray examiner careful and gentle while performing my Xrays. The Dr's assistant was top notch and kept us moving swiftly through the appointment. The Dr spent time discussing options that would better help me in the future that werent even relevant to the visit. Jamily F. Pedro is the worst dentist I have ever been to. I saw her at Federal Dental Care in Fort Lauderdale, when she used to work there. Please see my pictures for evidence. She destroyed my smile and killed my tooth (the premolar) in upper right, so I can't even smile. I wasted my money on 3 crowns I didn't need and bunch of fillings. All crowns came off in less than a year and all fillings are crumbled up, became flat over time, and non-functional. She gave me clicking noises in my right jaw. Her business card has a logo of American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, but after researching Pedro on AACD's web site, she is only a General Member. She is NOT a Fellow. In other words, she is the least qualified to practice cosmetic dentistry of all levels offered to members of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She did not attend any continuing education credits in cosmetic dentistry. She has not taken any AACD exams for a Fellowship in the Academy and her work was never evaluated by any AACD Fellows. read more

Dr. Casey is just a superior dentist!!! I mean I was going to get a whitening treatment that was kinda sorda costly. He stepped in and literally stopped me from spending the money (at his own practice), because he felt that my teeth were already white so he did not want me to have an unpleasant outcome. He recommended that I get the take home trays to whiten at home. So that I can focus on my back teeth for whitening. Which the trays are half the cost of the original whitening procedure I went in for. Just an overall soooo honest man! I recently went to Dr. Pedro on a recommendation from my mom. I had a broken crown that was on one of my front teeth. He put in a temporary while I was waiting for the permanent crown to come in. Unfortunately the temporary tooth fell out on a Saturday night with me starting a new job the following Monday. I had to stand in front of a team of employees and have a meeting with them for the first time and I did not want to do this with a missing front tooth. I sent a text to the office and to my surprise Dr. Casey responded on Saturday night willing to open his office for me on a Sunday and re-glue in the temporary tooth. I was shocked that he responded and offered to help me on a day in which they were closed. I became a true fan of this office immediately and would highly recommend them to anyone. On another note, I loved that the office is spotless, especially with Covid going around. I couldn't be any happier with this practice. read more

She is extremely thorough, but also gentle. She is the best dental hygienists I've ever had. She does an amazing job!! When it comes to the doctors follow up at the end of the cleaning or having a procedure done, Doctor Casey is knowledgeable and explains everything to a T. His personality and upbeat attitude is infectious. You can tell that he truly cares about his patients and practice. He is such a perfectionist when it comes to his dentistry, that it puts my mind at ease. When he's administering an injectable local anesthetic you can not tell, only when your mouth is numb! His biggest concern is his patients comfort. Carla who operates the front desk is phenomenal at her job! She does everything with a smile and is an absolute joy to talk to on the phone when setting up an appointment or checking out with payment. The office and treatment rooms are extremely clean.
