I had to wait an hour and a half past my appointment time just to be seen. During my visit, the staff forgot to take the additional images needed for my Invisalign, meaning I had to come back again for something that should have been handled the first time. Additionally, they never called to inform me when my Invisalign arrived as I was under the impression that they would call me. I had to follow up myself to check on the status and it had arrived and I was never made aware. Dr. Sierra is really friendly and a great doctor! But the lack of organization and communication of the front office staff makes it really frustrating as a patient. I expected a much smoother process, especially for something as routine as Invisalign and how much I am paying for it.

I have been in twice for cleaning. I had the same hygienist twice which I thought was great and Dr. XiaoFang Cheng, he was friendly, took his time, and gave great suggestions. I appreciated that they listen there and they don't push you for procedures even if they suggest them.

I was unhappy because each told me something different was wrong with my mouth and/or teeth, mostly suggesting some pretty radical and pricey dental work. After listening to my lamenting about dentist search woes, a coworker told me to visit his dentist, Dr. Galluzzo. Almost 20 years later, and now bringing my child, Dr. Galluzzo and his longtime amazing fun-loving staff are like extended family to mine. He is friendly, straight forward and knows his craft, every recommendation has been spot on. Ok, so one time, he recommended a treatment, I put it off foolishly thinking "oh ok", and exactly one month later, the tooth-in-question broke in a crazy way, creating an even worse situation in my mouth. Dr. Galluzzo didn't even yell at me. Sorta. Lol! He fixed it and I accepted the remaining recommended treatment, a year later just like new, no problems just like he always promises. Keeping my smile rock star. Happy.

I only received what was promised on the second loan which was a partial bridge which I'm not pleased with. The temporary bridge looked better than the permanent bridge. I was supposed to have gotten a bridge on the top left and the bottom right, but that never happened. I got a bridge on the bottom right and the top left was never mentioned again. I called Cherry Technologies to inquire how to remove the services that weren't rendered and was told that "maybe" the dental lounge would credit me something back. I knew that would never happen. I am very dissatisfied and angry with the Dental Lounge because I feel like I was lied to and now have to pay for something that I never received. It seems that the only way to get a decent smile is to have them remove all of your natural teeth and replace them with permanent implants. Lesson learned!

My wife recommended…read morethem when we were looking for a new dentist close to home in Davie, and I'm very glad she did. My first visit was actually because of a TMJ issue that I initially thought might be related to grinding my teeth. I later returned for a cleaning, and through both experiences, what stood out to me most was how genuinely kind everyone in the office was. From the administrative staff to the hygienists, dental assistants and dentists, everyone I encountered was welcoming, friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Garrido was wonderful, as was Alejandra, my dental hygienist, who I learned was actually a practicing dentist in her home country of Honduras, and Anabel, my dental assistant. Every one of them greeted me with a smile and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. Just as importantly, there was never any judgment or attempt to make me feel guilty about my dental care, which unfortunately can sometimes be the experience when visiting a dentist. The entire office just feels authentic. They are professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly personable and kind. That combination made a real impression on me. If you are looking for a dentist in the Davie area, I would highly recommend Regency Square Dental. After looking for a new dental office, I'm very happy to say my search is over.
