I neverrrr leave reviews but I think this office preys on the neighborhood it's located in. I came to this office for the first time to address TMJ pain and a chipped front tooth filling that's over 10 years old. Unfortunately, the visit felt more like a sales appointment than patient care. Despite having straight, well-aligned teeth and never being told by any other dentist that I needed braces or Invisalign, the dentist was very pushy about Invisalign and framed it as the solution to almost everything. My TMJ was barely discussed, and I was told my chipped tooth wouldn't be addressed until after Invisalign, which didn't make sense to me. The upselling continued throughout the visit. I was even encouraged to buy a $200 Oral-B electric toothbrush despite already owning a perfectly good Sonicare. The front desk also didn't clearly explain the Invisalign process and seemed focused on closing the sale. Overall, the experience felt very transactional and money-driven. I really wanted to like this office because of how close it is to my home, but I won't be returning. Other than that they did a pretty good job with the cleaning lol read more

My son and I have been here for awhile. He did invisalgn and I did a few crowns. He was suppose to do retainers last year. Theg spoke to my ex husband and he paid for it in October 2025. We are now in April 2036 and I brought him in for a toothache. I just happened to ask about the retainers and it was paid for. I told the idiot at the front desk he should have made a follow up call letting us know. He said "your appointment was already made." They dont call for reminders about appointments or anything and his face gives out nasty vibes. This is the worst place I've ever been too. The only reason he came back today, because after work I couldn't find anywhere else open. Im glad I did though or else I wouldn't have know that they kept the $590 for the retainers which she told me was going to be $399. When they call the dad she made her own price. This is such BS. After being patients here for approximately three years, my wife and I have finally decided to find a different dentist. We've experienced long wait times, sometimes as much as 45 minutes. Also, this place lacks a personal touch. It's a big operation, which is clearly focused on profit, and not always the well-being of the patient. There also seems to be a lot of turnover among its staff. On top of that, they rarely send the dentist in to see you during your semi-annual check-up. My last visit, the hygienist asked if I wanted fluoride treatment. I told her "no thank you", but she continued to pester me and try to push the treatment on me. I had to firmly tell her no. It made the end of the visit very uncomfortable. And my wife was in this week for her semi-annual appointment, but ended up leaving before they even started her dental cleaning because Dr. Gonzalez (the younger one) had a very condescending attitude toward her. It's really shocking how they treat patients now and don't respect their wishes. The practice was better when we first started going a few years ago, but the service has really deteriorated since. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere, unless you want to feel like just a number that they can squeeze $ out of. read more

What a great dentist. I started going there about 20 years ago and watched this practice grow! And good they did because now located on an outside building on the Regency Square plaza they occupy several of the offices there giving more space and better service to the hundreds of happy customers that keep coming for more. The services are fully integrated, they do almost everything except dental surgery but their referral doctor was equally awesome when my son had to have a wisdom tooth extracted. We have had orthodontics, dental health and even whitening services done there for all my family, and have come out smiling. Very Recommended!! read more

From the moment I walked into their office I felt their warm friendly approach and compassion, their actions surely put me at ease. As I walked through the doors I felt like Chris Pine for I had landed on Themyscira (Better known as Amazon Isle). I was in a foreign land surrounded by the Beautiful Amazonian Dental Hygienist of Davie. Scared and alone I was taken inside where tests and scans were performed using futuristic technology. I was then evaluated and my mouth was thoroughly cleaned by the wonderful Rosie. I was astonished by the Beauty, Professionalism, and overall care for my dental hygiene. In a flash I was back at my car with my mouth feeling clean, refreshed and ready to bite into a crisp delicious red apple. I had an outstanding experience at regency dental. Convenient location and plenty of parking. The office has all state of the art equipment and is immaculately clean and well maintained. The team here was friendly, genuinely caring and followed up at every opportunity. It makes you feel comfortable and invited when you're there. I must give special recognition to Dr. Elizabeth Kerr. She is an extremely talented dentist and took the time to explain each step of my visit and ensure my satisfaction. I am admittedly a bit nervous when going to the dentist and she went to every length to make sure I had a great experience. The attention to detail truly sets her in a class of her own. I had a painful toothache and my wife looked for a dentist in our area. She found Regency Square Dental in Davie doing her research in Yelp. I made an appointment and they scheduled me that morning. I had a great experience with the doctors and staff. Those folks are real professionals and friendly. I felt very comfortable. I was afraid to see a Dentist and now I found a Dentist who I can trust. The office is clean and they take extensive precautions with COVID concerns. I strongly recommended this group of doctors and staff. I love this place for my dental care! read more

Dr. Gonzalez is our family orthodontist. He and his staff are extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The office is modern and impeccably clean. I recently began having my cleanings done there as well. Appointments run on time unless there is an emergency which has occurred only once in several years. It is their attention to detail that makes them stand out. They offer appointment reminders via text. Those are extremely helpful as I sometimes forget to set alerts on my phone calendar. Not only does this place cancel on me every time I try to make an appointment with the orthodontist but they also billed the incorrect insurance after I told them my insurance had changed. Additionally, they overcharged me on that bill and charged me for 4 x-rays when I only received one. This place doesn't even treat me like a person, they have no respect for my time. Dr. Iglesias is best in class. I have been a patient for years now & can honestly say she is the best of the best. Prior to her, I had some dentist that were not nearly as caring or professional as she is. In this office, they really care & the work is top notch. I get compliments on my smile weekly & I owe it to Dr. Iglesias & team. To her, I will always be grateful for this. The only reason they do not get a full 6 stars from me is the office staff. I pay my bills on time, every time. It is my legacy. I have had more than one encounter with the office staff & billing where they send me bills for things I already paid or where I get a bill saying "past due" when I was never billed for it in the first place. My advice is for you to at check out to pay in full, get a receipt & ask the staff to make sure they go in the system & document so that no issues arise. Its a shame really as the dentist/hygienist (Especially Lana who is AMAZING) & assistants are top notch. You get such amazing dental care from the seasoned professionals that work in the back. It's my feeling the front desk experience should be just as good, but customer service is severely lacking. read more
