They gave me a welcome goodie bag along with a small tour around the office. Then Brittany took over and made my whole procedure super comfortable and explained in depth my treatment plan. Usually not fond of the dentist however this place made me look forward to my follow up appointments with just how attentive and amazing they are. My review is overdue. Absolutely loved my experience at Midtown Dental. Prior to making my appointment, I looked into the reviews. It's rare to see so many positive reviews for a dental clinic, and I couldn't help but question the legitimacy of the reviews. I decided to call the office and the receptionist alone confirmed the accuracy of the reviews - she was so kind and patient. I then decided to make an appointment for my husband and I. This office surpassed any expectations. It was hands down my best dental experience. Every single person in that office is wonderful. I wish everyone could have a dental experience as such. Dr K is amazing! She has really helped me in addressing some issues with TMJ Botox treatments. She will also do cosmetic extras, if you like. Her assistant, Cameron, is so kind (and good looking) it distracts from any nervousness about treatments... They also have the best dental hygienist around! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I switched to them about a year ago, and could not be happier with their service. Everything is on site, and same day crowns really make a difference. Pricing is up front and reasonable. read more

First off, let me start by saying, this practice really goes above and beyond to make you feel like you're Family. I returned after giving birth to my first baby girl and I was greeted at my 6 month check up with a little onsie! I can't think of any kind of doctor that has ever made me feel that special. As for the business, immaculate. Doesn't feel cold and unwelcoming, the new remodel is modern yet friendly. I am sure alllll the Hygienist are absolutely wonderful but I have had the most amazing experiences with Allie. She's never bothered by my 1000 questions and she's so personable I feel like I've known her forever and I've only been going here for 2 years. Kendall is also super sweet. Doctor Kerr and Doctor Amador not only have superior talent in making sure my mouth is perfect, but doctor Kerr also specializes in botox and filler as well. I had a wonderful patient experience with Dr. Amador and his entire office staff beginning with the front office receptionist. First off, the waiting room is spacious and welcoming, not dated and faded like many doctors' offices. My wait was less than 5 minutes and I was greeted by Mari, his awesome assistant. I felt like I was chatting with longtime friends. The atmosphere is relaxing and Dr. Amador is funny, chatty and warm. Ask him any topic, and I'm sure he knows the answer. I appreciated that Dr. Amador took his time to educate me on dental care. He took the time to explain the how and the why's of my treatment. I asked specific information about my dental care and he was current on the latest news and treatments. My husband had to have an emergency tooth extraction (no easy task) and was up and about the very next day and had little to no pain, or so he claims. Where to begin? The staff is incredibly friendly! They *actually* listen to your needs and what ypu ask. They tell you step by step how things are going to go before you arrive and get your information verified before you set food in the door. The use of mobility is so fantastic (texts and mobile friendly pages) Upon arrival, they know you and it feels like you have known them for life. They gave and set expectations with time and what will be needed. When I met with the hygienist, she was extremely thorough and explained things that I feel now I know more about my teeth, gums, and everything else. They were thorough and took time to discuss with me the why and effects as well as treatments. There was absolutely no pressure ever from them to buy or do anything. Once all was done, I was given a step by step, phase by phase with financial breakdown on how to obtain treatments in the most effective manner. They worked very closely with us and made me feel like my opinion mattered and everything that I was asking and needed clarification on was verification on was answered to my satisfaction and then some. I was hit with unexpected additional fees, not once, but twice and both times told that I should've known or should've read the fine print. 2. I had severe pain in my mouth when flying (for work) more than a month after treatment. I've never had this with previous dental work completed by other professionals. 3. Despite all of the X-rays and additional photos taken, they missed several cavities that another dentist found immediately. Claiming I've never been to your office so that my review is discredited is unethical. This review is accurate and I spoke with someone from the office at the phone number on this business profile, about all of these issues this prior to posting my review. I really appreciate the team here. Dr. Amador worked with me to help me come back to the dentist after 3 years away. I have a lot of dental anxiety and his team totally respected me and worked with me. I ended up wearing the x ray bib as a weighted blanket and bringing noise cancelling headphones. I even called the emergency line after my first visit and dr amador answered and talked to me at 9:30pm on a Saturday. I don't know other medical/dental offices that would do that. Waking up at 3am with the worst toothache of my life is what brought me to Dr. Rosenberg's office. I started searching online for local dentist offices (yes, at 3am) and his office had such great reviews. Let me just say that the reviews were true! I called the following morning and Kadi answered the phone, she was SO nice. I explained my situation, she put me on a brief hold to see if the doctor could squeeze me in. They made it happen! She made the process so easy for me. I entered the office and went to the front desk where Tina greeted me. Another AWESOME employee, she was so sweet and kind. She had me fill out all the paper work and then she gave me a tour of their office! How cool! She explained the types of treatments they do and answered all of my questions. Finally, I get into the room for the doctor to check me out and he was hands down the nicest and most knowledgeable dentist I have ever been to. He explained everything in detail to me while it was going on. Along side of him was Stephanie, she was SO sweet! And kept updating me on every step of the procedure. Worried the weekend was about to start and knowing I wouldn't be able to get a dentist on Saturday or Sunday I frantically started calling offices to see if I could schedule a last minute appt. I've been to this dental studio many times and every time I go they try to sell me their in house insurance. I tell the receptionist nicely that my boyfriend and I aren't interested in signing up and she asks "Are you going to let him tell you what to do with your money." We share finances and have a family but it shouldn't matter... it's a very rude thing to bring up personal matters like that. I assumed I was getting a regular cleaning that day and wasn't told that I would be receiving a gingivitis cleaning which was $200 and wasn't that different from a regular cleaning. I think patients should be informed before you charge them for extra services. I brought this up to the front desk and doctor and they still made me pay full price. I would go to a different dentist office and save yourself the money and trouble. read more

I have had a fear of the dentist since I was a child. I have always taken good care of my teeth and so I thought. Last year I went to a dentist & he reaffirmed my fear. He did such a terrible job with my wisdom tooth extraction, I had to be hospitalized and surgery was needed to repair the damage done. Fast forward to the one year anniversary of this issue I broke a tooth and had no choice but to find a new dentist and get this fixed. I had such a fantastic experience here, I've never met such nice and caring staff at a dentist's office. Not only are they warm & gentle, but there was no wait time. They attended to me in no time, and Stephanie was so sweet and helpful taking my xrays. I had Courtney as my hygienist and what she did was sorcery in removing the build up I had. I called to schedule an appointment with Cass the Office Manager. From the moment she answered the phone I was completely blown away. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything so detailed to where I finally understood the process of my appointment to a tee. I had my X-rays emailed to her that way she was able to save me money for my appointment and I have never had someone try so hard for me. I scheduled with Dr Amador and she had him answers for me without even meeting him. Long story short, this office goes above and beyond For their patients.
