I paid Broward Mall Dental PA thousands of dollars for crowns, bridge work, extractions, and bone…read morereplacement that were promised in my treatment plan, but the experience was extremely disappointing and painful. I was charged for porcelain/ceramic work, yet the final bridge installed appeared to contain exposed metal, had visible dark spots, rough surfaces, and did not match the color or size of my natural teeth. The bridge felt too high and uncomfortable from day one, causing me to repeatedly bite my cheek and tongue and experience ongoing pain. I had to return multiple times for adjustments and was even charged extra for temporary work that continued causing discomfort. After months of pain and stress, I sought a second opinion from a prosthodontist and oral surgeon, who identified problems including traumatic occlusion, open margins, exposed metal, and concerns about decay and improper fit. I also paid out of pocket for additional evaluations because the treatment I received was not what was originally offered or expected. The bone replacement included in my treatment plan was never performed. My experience left me in physical pain, emotional stress, and financial loss. I would strongly encourage anyone considering major dental work here to carefully review their treatment plan, ask questions, and consider getting a second opinion before proceeding. I will never recommend this dental office to anyone based on my experience.

The office staff and medical assistants went above and beyond to accommodate me. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Watts on Thursdays at Broward Mall Dental. Kathleen M

They decorate it very cute for the children as well. An overall amazing dentistry. Some people are ignorant and think just because staff speaks Spanish, it means they are being rude or talking badly behind a patient.

I was referred to this location instead of the Miami Lakes office, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it was more of the same. Dr. Galvez seemed unwilling to make any real effort to ease my daughter's nerves. Although my daughter was cooperative -- allowing the dental mirror in her mouth with no tears or resistance -- the doctor quickly concluded that sedation was necessary. I made it clear that I was not comfortable with sedating my child, especially when she was showing a willingness to proceed. A little patience and compassion could have gone a long way, but instead, the situation felt rushed and dismissive. The immediate jump to a sedation referral, without truly trying other approaches, was disappointing. I expected more care and effort, especially when working with young, first-time patients.
