They were professional, efficient, careful with our belongings, and very accommodating. They even made an additional stop in Manhattan Beach to pick up a few items for us before bringing everything to our new home in Torrance, which we really appreciated. The team was friendly, hardworking, and made what could have been a stressful moving day go very smoothly. We're very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Redondo Van & Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company!

Called up the office after he suggested I do so and spoke to Kyle who was extremely professional and friendly throughout the quoting and booking process. He was very accommodating with my last minute requests and he gave me a reassurance that he'd be available for assistance should I have any concerns. I truly appreciate it because clearly, I'm always concerned ^.^ My move took place this last week and I gave myself enough time to unpack thoroughly to check for damages before I can share my full experience. Having said, I salute the entire team who worked hard and moved my items safely and efficiently. Wish I could recall their names but if management is reading this, I want to praise your company and the 3 guys who moved me last Friday! They were very professional and kind and they followed every instruction I provided. It truly is such a lovely feeling to arrive to a new home with all of your furniture intact. ** Tip to my fellow Yelpers - my T.V was my main priority and concern. I assumed they'd bring a box for it but from what the foreman told me, moving companies don't carry T.V boxes. However, the team carefully wrapped and protected my T.V with heavy weight blankets and plastic wrap. ** In terms of pricing, I shopped around a bit and they seem to be much more affordable than other companies in the area. They're located in Torrance but move in LA and surrounding area as well. They have a 3 hour minimum but after calling a few other companies, I've realized all moving companies charge a 3 hour minimum which is understandable. My 1 bedroom move took 3.5 hours and was under $500. I'm not too familiar as to what's considered standard, but I witnessed how quickly they moved so I feel like I lucked in on a bargain. While I was a bit hesitant going with this company because it seems like they're new on Yelp, I'm very happy everything went smoothly and I'll definitely be using their services next time I move! P.S - I forgot to purchase their Yelp coupon for the small discount. Kyle was super helpful and as a one time courtesy applied it towards my move regardless. Just a tip - buy it to save a bit of money :)

WORST COMPANY!! If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. We had a move scheduled TODAY that we…read moreconfirmed two times beforehand-- the first was when we originally booked one month before, and the second was 4 days before. Both times, we were told okay and that their arrival time was 9-10 am. We got all our stuff ready that morning way in advance so the movers would not have any issues. Well 9:30 came, 10:30 came... nothing. We called, texted, emailed just to make sure everything was okay. NO REPLY. Movers FINALLY come at 11, and the driver says they have to wait until the two cars parked on the street move so they can take the space. I informed the driver that we used their SAME company the last 2 times we moved and did not have this issue, that their drivers just put the truck on hazard and worked their way around the parked cars. (We live on a block of apartment complexes, and there is limited parking every day. Most days, WE can't even get street parking. Of course a huge moving truck won't be able to find proper parking either!) And once again, the last 2 times we've moved, NEVER once did we have to hunt down our manager or neighbors and ask them to move their cars to accommodate a moving company's truck. After informing them of this, one of the men (I didn't get his name) went back inside the truck and said they were going to call Abu and speak with him about it. After a few minutes of waiting, the truck pulled away. The driver rolled his window down, (Didn't even have the courtesy to get out of the truck and speak to us like professionals) and told us our order was cancelled and there was nothing they could do about it. They apologized and drove away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY TREATED US LIKE THIS, AND WE WERE RETURNING CUSTOMERS. AND WE REFERRED OTHERS TO THEM. This is the thanks we get for our business? UNPROFESSIONAL. POOR COMMUNICATION. WILL NOT RETURN TEXTS OR CALLS DAY OF. ADDENDUM: After this company VERY RUDELY CANCELLED ON US AND DROVE AWAY AFTER SHOWING UP 2 HOURS LATE, we immediately contacted another moving company in Torrance who took us the same day. This NEW company gave us NO fuss about other cars being parked on the street. They simply pulled up their truck as close at it would allow and set cones around the space. SIMPLE!

I got sick late Thursday night; too late to reschedule. (I ended up being sick for three days.) Walsh arrived as scheduled Friday morning. I couldn't move let alone move. I had to cancel and reschedule for the following Monday. I was charged a fair cancellation fee. They arrived Monday as promised. They didn't make fun of me still not being ready. A lot was moved that day. (Great price overall even with the cancellation fee.) Thanks.

First they sent a handyman to our home to check broken furniture then told us they will fix all in next week but Unfortunately no one showed up and fix our furniture. What they did was keep rescheduling to send a handyman back but actually they didn't have any plan to send a handyman to fix. No one showed up for fix the day we had an appointment so We called All Star moving again.. Guess What. HE HUNG UP on us. I can't believe that. Not professional Business. Few weeks later, we called back. a lady answered phone and she didn't know anything and tried help us BUT again her Boss Sam. He said Covid handyman don't want to go people home now (we understand that) so instead of going to fix they will pay to us broken furniture by lbs. They asked us to research furniture weights and send to All star Moving so We researched our three of furniture weight (yes 3 furniture are damage and broken) and sent. Sam said he will research too and he will give us his research weights following the week. Guess what's. After this conversation they Never answered our phone calls( we called so many times), never responded emails. No one calls us, still No one come fix. There is no sincerity at all. Worst business never seen. Be aware if you hire this company and if they broken your furniture, they WON'T/DON'T take any their responsibility at all. Very bad business. That's why we don't recommend this company.

Refundable deposit of $50 They are very professional, responsive to phone calls and emails. We were able to schedule our move right away. The guys arrived on time in a 26 ft truck. They took care of our furniture, wrapping everything in blankets and plastic wrap. Our place was a 3 story townhome and they did exceptionally well carrying everything from the refrigerator to washer and dryer down a narrow staircase. Not only that, but the walls and floor were barely affected. The team also is able to assemble and disassemble furniture and place everything in whichever room you choose. There is an extra fee for anything over 300ish pounds. Overall, a very positive experience that takes a lot of stress out of moving. Highly recommend
