Emotionally, you want to keep it all but practically, it doesn't make sense. Andrea was the 3rd estate sales person we contacted and she was the only one who was honest and transparent about the process. Most of us have gone to garage sales and found something we like/want and paid far less than the value. Estate sales are no different and some of the posters need to understand that. You have to leave emotion at the door. What I can tell you is that Andrea didn't try to rip us off as the other two did by misleading how much some heirloom silver could be sold for. She and her team showed up and did the work while remaining flexible to our needs to get other work done at the house. So yes, I highly recommend Andrea if you want to truth about the value of what you have and someone who will take full ownership of the process.
