Such an easy and kind experience. I sent him photos and he responded promptly within on day to help me estimate values of items. But the biggest thing for me was the kindness he showed while discussing items of my late family. I think that makes a huge difference. Definitely reach out if you are unsure of the cost of an item, he will help you out! read more

The second time I sought assistance from Mr. Wallace. I needed an appraisal for a piece of furniture. He was professional, prompt and I was very satisfied. If I could rate his services higher than five star, I would certainly do so. Than you Mr. Wallace. read more

I called Mr. Wallace about an older picture my parent had hanging in the house in Pennsylvania. It was a French print that had a brass name plate with painters name and the name of the work. Sent Mr. Wallace 3 pictures of the picture and he called me back in 15-20 minutes. he told me if it was a painting, its value would be 300-500K, but being a very nice print around $100. I look into a few prior appraisers before contacting Mr. Wallace, and they all wanted an appraisal fee before checking it out. I spoke to Mr. Wallace for a few minutes after his appraisal, and he told me to contact him for any future discoveries I come across. There are not many people in the business world today that give you a little of their time without a fee involved, but Mr. Wallace is one of the few! read more

I sent some photos of artwork and a few other items to William. He did an evaluation on them for me. He is so professional, takes his time explaining his reasoning. He was so gracious, and did not charge me for his time. This is rare in this day and age. I recommend William Wallace to anyone that needs an honest, reliable source for their art and appraisals.
