As I entered the back where the massage room are located I was pleased with the aesthetics and I already began to feel relaxed while also excited for the service. I was a cashier all through HS and my line never moved this slow! I asked her if I made a purchase would I be able to get cash back. She said sometimes?? Clearly the staff was not very helpful. So I picked up 2 items that I wanted and waited in that line that was at a complete standstill. Once I got to the register and my items were rang up I pushed the request to get cash back on the card reader. Instead of simply granting my request I was informed of a fee! I had never experienced this at any other family dollar store that I've ever been to. Also, this fee was not mentioned by the staff member that asked at all - not that her answer was helpful in any way. I'll definitely be avoiding this store in the future.
