I had bloodshot red eyes with irritation in my right eye for 48 hours straight. I had to put eye drops in every 15 mins. Also, my right bottom eyelid was swollen from the irritation to the point of touching it was painful. Maybe it was the glue or the eye pad being laid directly on my eyeball but I wouldn't recommend lashes at this place. Also the lash thickness is not true to size, I asked for a hybrid set and came out looking like I had on volume set.

Last night I called to make an appointment for today at 11am, for my boyfriend. I clearly told the lady who I spoke with, which I believe is the owner, that he needed a hair cut and trimming on his beard if possible at 11am because he works at 12. We arrived exactly at 11am and the stylist wasn't there because they confused his appointment times. She lives down the block and before she arrived I repeatedly asked if she does trimming on beard. He didn't want her to line it up or anything just to trim it. She repeatedly stated that the stylist would arrive shortly. After asking her if she could call the stylist to save both her and my boyfriend time by asking if she actually trims hair, the owner seemed to get pretty mad. Then when she finally decided to call she made a remark about going to barbershop, I walked out. I know I could go to a barber but he prefers salons. Talk about customer service and keeping your clients happy. Definitely lost me as a customer and like they say bad recommendations spread faster than referrals.

Apparently, she screens the clients using her security cameras to determine who will get service. I was being watched the entire time via her cameras. The cameras kept moving around as I stood outside waitning. So i drove down the street and pretended to be leaving, she soon opened the door quietly to let the white people into the studio because she thought that I had left. I confronted her via text for this behaviour and she yet to answer.

Since my hair is blond and was just freshly colored to a platinum blond, I asked several times if the treatment would change the color of my hair and make it yellow. She assured me that not only would it not change my color, but will make the blond look cleaner and brighter. I asked if she has done it before on blonds and if any of them had their hair turn yellow and she again said no. Next,she demanded a prepayment of $50 through zelle. I explained that I don't feel comfortable sending cash to a person I never met and she was surprized to hear that. It should have been a sign not to go there. Should have listened to my gut. When I came, she again re assured me that my hair will not turn yellow or change color in any way. She did the treatment and I did smell an ingredient that was previously put in my hair and turned it yellow. I asked if she is sure my hair will not change color and she said not to worry. When she was done, it did look yellow, but I attributed it to the bad lighting. However, when I got home and looked in the mirror, I realized that not only my hair turned yellow, but also greenish/yellowish. I am attaching a picture so you can see my platinum hair I came in with and greenish/yellowish I ended up with. When I texted Olga, she said that usially blonds don't turn yellow, bit my hair did unfortunately (so she already saw it before O even left the salon). She said that toner should fix it, but from experince I lnew it wouldn't. I sent pictires to my colorist and he wa horrified by the results as he just colored my hair couple of days prior. He said only highlights would fix it. I told Olga I wanted money back because she ruined my color and now I had to get highlights and it cost a lot. Her reply was- no money back , you don't like it, then sue me. Which I will. Her incompetency cost me $170 and cost of hoghlights to fix it. I would never intrust my hair to her again for toner or anything else. Be careful, do not go to this place. Read all the reviews.
