I bought a package over 6 months ago and in total I've only been able to get 1 treatment because either they cancel or don't have the equipment to do it when I get there. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. They finally promised me a refund for 2/3 of what I paid from corporate, saying it would be posted 5-7 business days later. Absolutely nothing for over three weeks, and they would not respond to calls, emails or chats. Finally they refund me $400 less than what they *explicitly* told me, without an explanation (I rejected the first amount they mentioned as an unsuitable solution). Absolutely a scam. By the way, this is not me, but clearly shows a sustained pattern on cancellations and lack of response. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I was told the store was on break until 12:30. I politely asked if I could wait inside since I had already paid for parking, but my question was ignored. A few minutes later, another customer arrived and was warmly told she could wait inside until her appointment. When it was time for my appointment, several other names were called before mine, despite my having been waiting since noon. At checkout, I expected the advertised first-time guest pricing based on how my appointment was booked. Instead, I was told I had to pay full price because it was considered my second visit. When I asked what the total was, my question was not answered. I was simply asked for my ZIP code and told to tap my card. I only saw the total after the transaction had already been processed. After leaving, I realized I had never been offered a receipt, so I went back inside to request one. When I returned, I could hear the front desk discussing me with the esthetician, including asking whether I had left a tip and how much it was. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, the conversation focused on my gratuity. I asked another esthetician if she could please ask them to stop talking about me because I had a question. Her response was, "What are you going to do about it?" I was shocked by how unprofessional that interaction was. The waxing service itself was fine, but the customer service experience was not. From the confusing checkout process and lack of price transparency to the way my concerns were handled afterward, I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. I will not be returning and hope management reviews the professionalism of the staff and the checkout process.

I absolutely love this place. They are very professional and kind. They always greet you as you enter. I can't imagine going to any other place for a gel extension or any other service that nail salon provide. Ricky is an absolute perfectionist, I love how he does my nails. They always come out looking great!! My gel extensions look so natural you can't tell they aren't mine lol.. If I can give more stars I would that's how pleased I am. Thank you Ricky! :) read more

There was 3 people including myself inside but a couple people walked in, for other services like eyebrows etc. The vibe was very mellow and the ladies were very nice. I walked and immediately was greeted by a woman that asked what I wanted today and I decided to get a mani/pedi so they started me off by going to the pedicure station and it was very relaxing when she helped me groom my feet, it also came with exfoliating feet, nail cutting and some red liquid in a bag that I assume is some sort of hot wax? but it felt good :) When she scrubbed my feet, I did get ticklish but it's part of the process lol After I was done, the same woman did my nails as well. There was some confusion at first about my nails but at the end, I decided purple (bridesmaid color) with little daisies :) I'm okay with the design but not in love with it but my nail technician did struggle with it a bit so I'd prob either go with someone else or keep it simple. I'd come back again since they did a good job on cleaning and grooming my feet but design wise, I'd prob try a different place.

They are amazing. The rubber gel lasts almost a month sometimes and way easier on my nails. I was initially told a nail design would cost $40, but after I declined, the price suddenly dropped to $10, which felt misleading. The worst part was that I was left with my hands under the UV lamp while my technician walked away to do someone else's pedicure. I was sitting there for several minutes, and the heat became so intense that I had to speak up because I couldn't keep my hands in the lamp any longer. She only returned after I complained I was going to leave. When I explained my negative experience to the man working there, he only asked about the clear gel on my feet and ignored the rest of my concerns. IT WAS CLEAR how can I show that? Overall, the customer service and attention to clients were very disappointing. I left feeling uncomfortable and unheard, and I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.

Manicures are supposed to be relaxing but now i get anxiety wondering if they're gonna hurt me. I don't recommend their SNS / gel manicures but I do recommend their gel pedicures which are the only thing I enjoy from this salon.
