This is an amazing new restaurant right in Mexico Beach! The staff are all so friendly and this place has a great vibe! We had three pizzas and they all were amazing. Great place to get to-go food and it only took about 30 minutes for the food. The Philly pizza was a fan favorite and we loved the sourdough crust. The Cuban Salad was so fresh too and had very tasty dressing. Prices are high but that is understandable for the fresh quality and small town location. Definitely will come here again! read more

The restaurant is sparkling new. Great location, nice and clean vibe. My wife had the salad with berries and added chicken, I went with the classic burger. The spring mix used in the salad was tired and wilted, but my wife said the fruit was good and the chicken was delicious. My burger was ok but nothing special, on par with Wendy's at 3x the cost. There was no char, no sear and little flavor. The place is self-service which means you fight for a table, order on your phone and they deliver to the table you won. The staff was friendly, and checked on us often but still, defaulting to a 22% tip in a mostly self-serve environment with jacked up tourist prices is a bit excessive. read more

The food was actually good it was the service which was essentially non existent. We were seated immediately and a waitress came out quickly. You can order online or with the waitress if seated inside. Ended up putting orders in online. Then the food came out one person at a time separated by 10 minutes between the first and second. Paid $5 for "unlimited" fountain drink. Had to go up to the counter and ask for napkins and refills. Waitress never came back to the table after initially talking to us when seated. You pay $5.99 for a coke here and lucky to get a refill. Service not good and prices ridiculous for food - $15 for a kid's meal.

Their process is flawed. Good food that is Not inexpensive but it takes waaay too long to get the food! It took over an hour this afternoon. For the $$$, I'm expecting a smooth process that delivers to normal expectations; 1) food delivered in 15 min Max, and 2) the food is significantly above average. Fried artichoke was a highlight and the slaw and the Cuban Sammy-Crazy good-fresh and delicious! Our favorite meal of the vacation.

First; can the waitress not have a bad attitude please. Second; insisting the only cheese that comes on a burger will be provolone is an odd hill to die on. Sincerely not giving customers the opportunity to swap out provolone to another cheese that is obviously available as it's on the menu is just a bad customer service choice. Third; can the bi$&hy waitress not be pissy that because we asked for chips and salsa to start and did not put in an order (when it was hardly busy at 2:45 in the afternoon) and then proceed to bring us half a plate of broken chips for $14.99. I would have considered ordering a pizza, but was afraid the waitress would be put off and leave half in the kitchen. She still got a $4 dollar tip on my 2 soda's and plate of chips and salsa and made a huffing sound when I did not leave her the 20% that the computer defaulted to and instead changed it to custom and left her $4 bucks. (The girl who started our soda order was sweet as pie, but THIS girl with the bad attitude, may want to find another profession. Obviously customer service isn't it. ) read more

After driving by all week we decided to give Beach Bear Coastal a try on our last night! Wow! Why did we wait? We started with the fried artichoke, even my vegetable hating boys ate them and loved every bite. We followed up with Pepperoni Bread, Lemon pepper wings, & Buffalo Chicken Pizza! Every single bite left you wanting more! The ambience is cool and the service was top notch. We'll definitely be back when we come down this summer! read more
