I had the perfect car buying experience with Beach Auto Brokers and my salesperson, Joshua. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into something different. Exactly what I wanted and I was In and out in a little over an hour. Thank you Ryan and Joshua! Love my 2021 Rubicon! read more

Beach auto brokers employee Edwin was awesome and very knowledgeable!! I will send anyone to go see him.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! They sold us a truck that had over $21,000 worth of mechanical and electrical issues. They had the vehicle "inspected" and it had initially failed but then second time around it magically passed. I would give negative stars if I could. If you want to get ripped off, then buy from them!!! read more

If I can give ZERO stars, I would, these people are straight up scammers, my husband's car that he bought from them, the SAME day, the transmission just blew so he needed a whole new one and they tried to get him to pay for himself, knowing that it was a lemon car because there's no possible way that they didn't know. There was something wrong with the transmission. I think they may thought it would last a little longer than a day I honestly think all their cars are lemons. Well, I can't speak for all the cars, but at least the one that we got and they tried to act like they didn't know what was going on this place honestly needs to be investigated. read more

I stopped in here to trade in my old car and purchase a new one and was not let down. Our salesman brought us in for exactly what I was looking Fowler. We called in the morning around 11am about a vehicle which hadn't been through the state inspection process yet, by 4pm they had taken it through all the necessary steps and by 6 pm we were driving her home. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and thankfully very quick. I've only ever purchased from major dealerships before and I was nervous too try this place out, but I was pleasantly surprised. We didn't deal with all the bullshit you get when you're at a big dealership. Which made our carbine experience much more. read more

I will start by saying that the initial visit was ok and I bought the car I wanted and got an ok price for my trade. But they will not follow through with anything they say you hey will do after the sale. The car I bought has a check engine light on and I was told by the sales person that the part to fix the light was on order and hasn't come it yet and wrote on the "we owe" to fix the check engine light. It has been over a month since I bought the car and at this point my communications are being totally ignored. read more

Was dealing with a sales representative named Rink who is an absolute scam artist. Spoke with him on the phone as I was V looking for a Diesel truck. Set an appointment the following day to see what I was told was a 2017 Ram 2500 mega cab with 79,000 miles for mid 30k price range. The next day he texts me with an attitude saying V we never discussed any price, come to find out the truck is a 2018 with 98,000 miles for $45k. Needless to say v I canceled my appointment and would never recommend these scam artists to anyone. I hope this place closes so they can't screw over anybody ever again. This is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. It has been two months since buying our car and they still call every week with a new problem with the paperwork. Anthony- don't work with him! He wrote down our first payment date would be two months after we bought the car and we never heard anythign from the bank about setting up a payment until about two weeks before what we thought our payment would be. Only to find out, the dealership had the first payment as a month after we bought it. This whole dealership is a SCAM! DON'T EVER USE BEACH AUTO BROKERS! Just go to a real dealership and save yourself the time and money. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but car buyers need to read this before dealing with Beach Auto Brokers. The customer service here is terrible. The staff lack communication skills and really only care about meeting their quota. I purchased a truck this past Saturday April 4th, 2020 but they told me I wouldn't be able to take the car home because it needs be state inspected. They shouldn't be selling a car in the first place if the car does NOT have a certificate of inspection. The issue here is the salesman who sold me the car said he'll personally deliver it by Monday if not by Tuesday. He doesn't call or text me on both days, I have to reach out and figure out what's taking so long. I decide to call the manager (Jim) and he gives a nasty attitude and sarcastic comments. I didn't get my car until a week later. May 1st, 2020 update: I have recently got my first bill in the letter and the paperwork was messed up and I am billed higher than what I signed up for. I also have some advice to you folks looking to buy a car. Have the car inspected by a mechanic. I failed to do that and now I found that I have a transmission cooler line, engine cooler line, and A/C condenser leak! Word of advice, just pay a little extra and buy your used car from an actual dealer: GMC, FORD, etc. because they have the funds to repair all issues and will sell the car in the best condition. read more

Not even deserving of a star. This place TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY and their families with their complete disregard for ethics and unprofessionalism to resolve promised repairs to sold vehicles. Staffed by LIARS! My husband is currently deployed, and in good faith left his truck to be repaired shortly after the purchase, and the Salesman Rink and his Manager Marty have fallen short on the repaired blend door and bumper. They have both been unobtainable by phone, when reached have lied and argued, even picked fights to deflect responsibility for their shotty follow up. Absolutely disgusting! Do not buy/sell your vehicle here. read more

Cash sale for our vehicle in October 2022. Went back in-person once more and then had to make several calls to check the status of title and tags. The story about the status or why it had not been started changed every time. They finally started to process my title and tags today 12/7/22. Zero communication unless I called, with zero accountability or apologies for their lack of professionalism, communication, or poor customer service. They get your money and stop acting like your business matters. Then, there is the check engine light that conveniently came on at literally Day 31 from the sale. These people are the stereotype of used car dealers. read more

MAJOR HEALTH HAZARD!! They have BLACK MOLD IN THEIR BATHROOM UNDER THE SINK!!! It smells like MOLD the moment you walk into the bathroom!! I do NOT recommend. When i mentioned it to the sales rep he wasn't surprised or concerned. Just said "Oh? I didn't know that. I'll make sure to mention it to the guys..." BTW black mold is TOXIC. I will be notifying the proper authorities on this and hopefully they will fine them & shut them down read more

I was really uneasy about buying a truck from a small business and not the big dealership, but Axel was awesome! I don't like hearing a bunch of BS or dealing with people that are only about making a sale. Axel was upfront from the beginning and didn't beat around the bush at all. I really appreciated him standing by his word and doing business with him. He's the type that treated my husband and I like we've been friends with him for years. If I had something bad to say, I'd have no shame in calling him or anyone else , but I don't! I will say this... purchase the additional warranty for piece of mind. Just like carmax or the OEM dealership they offer extended warranties. It's good to have anytime you purchase a used vehicle. If you don't and something goes bad, it's your own fault! Just like any dealership, they're buying these used and things happen out of their control... a warranty will save you the headache! Thanks for everything, Jersey, it was nice working with you! read more

Bought a new truck the car remote was not working when purchased. The guy promised me a brand new car remote and never called me back to follow up. Will never refer anyone to them. They suck!!!!!!!!!!! read more

If i could it would be zero! This dealership is holding 4800 dollars that my son put down as a down payment on a car that ended up not passing inspection due to frame rust. the dealer on multiple occasions has said they were mailing a check for a refund. we are now 4 months later with no refund. they will no longer except calls or put the manager on the phone the salesman has left the company as well. We have all the text messages from the the dealer and salesman stating a refund would be issued. My son is a single father that was trying to buy a safe care for him and his son and this dealer has not only tried to sell a unsafe vehicle but has now stolen his entire savings with no regard for him. we are lodging complaints with the BBB as well as looking at our legal recourse. Please be careful with this dealer they are not only unprofessional but down right crooked. You are the type of dealership as older people we warn young people about you should be ashamed of how you take advantage of people trying to establish themselves! read more

Only giving this one star because I HAVE to put something to leave a review. My husband bought a truck from this "dealership" last June. It has been nothing but a money pit from the start. The most recent issue was that the transmission went out of the truck while he was driving to work one day, a week and a half ago. THANK GOD my husband bought a warranty with the truck. Also, just after the transmission was fixed, the exhaust snapped in half while driving it to a different dealership to try and get rid of the pile of garbage. Meanwhile, he's called them 3 or 4 times now and asked to speak to the manager who is never available and the dude hasn't bothered to call my husband back at all. Do yourself a favor and google "Beach Auto Brokers lawsuit" before going here! Save yourself the stress and the money! read more

Do not do business with this dealership. I saw a vehicle advertised on their website, and set an appointment to come see it. I drove 45 minutes after work to view a vehicle that was advertised on their website, I had made an appointment with one of the salespeople to see that specific vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership the salesperson was not there and the truck was not there, when I walked into the dealership there were at least three employees in the office, all of whom sat on their cell phones and computers for a full 5 minutes before even acknowledging I was in the office. After finally talking to one of the employees it turns out the truck had been sold two weeks prior to me contacting them. They basically lied to get me to their dealership. What might they lie to you about? read more

Highly recommend going somewhere else! Place is really shady. I've brought a lot of vehicles and this by far was my worst experience. The vehicles look nice to the eye but have hidden issues. Spent $20K on a Jeep Grand Cherokee just to have to put more money into it. When I purchased the vehicle I was told my vehicle would be ready that day because they had to get a new inspection and fix the thing I wanted fixed. That was a lie... Had to come back two days later to get the vehicle because they were closed for New Years. I came to pick up my vehicle with my girlfriend to head directly to ATL to pick up here things cause she had just moved down. They didn't detail the vehicle there was grass still on the back seats. Due to being in a rush and having to get on the road for the long drive. I didn't notice that they left me with literally no gas... Then... an hour into the drive the engine light came on...... Just here to try and save someone else the headache... read more

As others have pointed out, they utilize the "bait and switch" tactic. I called them before coming, but somehow the car was sold before I got there. Don't worry though, they were happy to show me other cars that weren't even close to what I wanted. Never told me the car was sold till I showed up because "it just rolled off the lot". Give me a break. I never leave reviews, but hopefully this helps someone else thinking about coming in. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else. Unless you make them take a photo of the car you want with today's news paper. By the way, the red bmw I went to see is still listed even though it was "sold". Save yourself the hassle. read more

Before reading my review look up "beach auto brokers LAWSUIT". That's exactly what these dealerships bring, lies and issues. Bought a 2010 Nissan Altima from Car direct but the car was from Beach auto brokers. They call each other "sister lots". Both lots are not one to go to if you want a RELIABLE and FAIR priced vehicle. Not only was my vehicle over priced by almost double what it's Kelly Blue Book worth is, but my vehicle also had multiple issues. One major (and ILLEGAL) issue was it had an inspection sticker but there were multiple issues that definitely WOULDN'T have passed a LEGITIMATE inspection. I would go into all the NUMEROUS issues with the vehicle but I feel the reviews and the lawsuit against them should be enough to justify any and all negative (truthful) reviews. Be warned. Thank you. read more

Anthony was very helpful during the whole process! Got me everything that I was looking for in a truck. Highly recommend!

Husband bought a truck from them end of July by august 18th the transmission or motor had gone out. They said he didn't sign up for some warranty so they would only have to pay half the cost. They've had the truck for 6 weeks now still isn't fixed and we are close to paying another 4000 after putting a 5000 dollar payment down. Would've been better off buying a new car. The "managers" never call us back and give an update. Owner is terrible and rude. Wouldn't recommend every buying a vehicle from them. Not to mention the mechanic who fixed the truck said they fixed a bunch of other stuff for FREE bc it was all rusted out and old. read more

Purchasing a used car can be a stressful experience. I had been milking the last few miles out of my old pickup truck for the last couple of years. The time came when I needed something newer with lower miles. After doing a lot of research and knowing what I wanted I found a couple of good options listed online by Beach Auto Brokers. I called to get more information and spoke to Jim. Jim probably fields a lot of calls from curious people who never buy anything. I can't even imagine dealing with that. I had a few questions and Jim was extremely courteous and patient. That evening after work I went to Beach Auto to take a closer look and meet Jim. I was impressed by the large number and variety of quality used vehicles on the lot. I interacted with Jim and several other members of the Beach Auto team. Everyone was professional and friendly. Armed with current data from the internet, I was well informed regarding the value of the vehicles I was looking at as well as the trade-in value of "Old Betsy". For reference it is worth about as much as dinner at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. The experience was top notch. No pressure, no arm wresting, no up-selling and fair and honest pricing. I was prepared to get my own financing, but the rates quoted by these guys from a local lender at the same interest rate I had been quoted by my own bank. Closing the deal was as painless as it can be. I'm a very satisfied customer. read more

When I called about a Craigslist posting they told me a price that was $4,000 higher than listed in the Ad. When I checked on their website it was listed only $500 higher than on Craigslist. I looked around and found they had listed it at the Craislist price on a few trader sites. They agreed to a price lower than the craislist ad over the phone but said final negotiations would be need to be done in person. Keeping in mind this is 1.5hr drive for me. At the dealer we were told the price the stated on the phone was an accident and that the Craig list price was an accident as well and they really are selling it for the price on their site that was $500 higher and $1,500 higher than we agreed on the phone. I would have still bought but the manger was super sleazy, kept calling my mom hunny. I'd recommend staying away from this place all together. read more

This place represents the epitome of trash. They refuse to stand by the quality of their products. I made a purchase from them a year ago and notified them that my truck had a squeak. We came from out of state and we spoke with a manager who didn't say sorry or seemed to care just tried to offer other trucks. When going over the website we seen they had listed about 15 of the trucks we wanted to look at and found out they only had two (which were not on the site) available! Terrible experience and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER! They are a joke and I will be reporting them! They have about 200 vehicles on the site but MAYBE 50 on the lot.... read more

Decent car, don't expect to get a deal. They charge top dollar for middle of the road vehicles. The salesman was nice, but they've lost or information...twice. Sales reps were very helpful and friendly before buying a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. However, scheduling repairs promised at time of sale was difficult as salesmen would not return my phone calls. Once it was scheduled it took 3 times to make all of the repairs promised for one visit. Another thing that was promised was tires at their cost anytime in the future. I purchased my Jeep in August and already need new tires so I called to see what the price would be and got Rink to answer. However he has yet to follow up with me about the tires. Bottom line is I would not buy a car from this dealership and I highly discourage anyone else from doing so. read more

My son is deployed in the Navy. In May, 2015, he bought a Cadillac from Randy at this dealership. In July, my son drove the car to our home so it could be garaged during deployment. I went out to move the car to get something out of the garage. When I opened the car, I found the entire interior, leather seats, carpet doors and trunk, are completely covered in mold. I have spoken to several people who have said that the only way this could occur is if this car was submerged, or had a good amount of water inside. I decided to contact the salesman Randy to see what they would do about rectifying this issue. At first he said, "well I guess I sold him the car, that's what hey tell me." So I knew by that, it wasn't going to be good. After I explained who I was and about the mold, he said in no uncertain terms that I couldn't prove that that's from before he bought it. When I told him I would be contacting the Virginia State Attorney General's office, he said ,"Do what you gotta do." Then hung up on me. I am trying to resolve this without my son finding out. Its stressful enough being deployed. So beware...they are not a dealer with integrity, especially when they take advantage of young servicemen. read more
