I feel this is not only an obligation on my part but it's courtesy and I don't mind. Although, after having done so. I later learned the appointment never got canceled. Which indicated the courtesy call was of no value, as well as being ignored and having to correct the schedule a second time. EWC Wax technicians are great and I always appreciate the professionalism. However, I feel the receptionist duty is an important factor in the process of continuing great customer service. Greetings should be genuine and professional at all times, which should include becoming efficient with information given/received to and from customers. There appears to be a lacking and should be addressed.

The owner Jessica aka Cat was very fun to talk to along with the other ladies! I had my wax session with Alex. She did my Brazillian and legs really quickly and was very thorough she even took care of some pesky ingrowns. I've been waxing for a long time so generally it really dose not hurt, but it was painless. I will definitely recommending this place to any and every chic I know! This place is a gem out here in the valley that can rival any high end wax spa in the SF Bay Area (where I'm from). Definitely glad I found this place!!!

After I arrived, I checked in, signed a waiver paper and waited. I was kind of nervous because it was my first time, so I wasn't sure what type of pain to expect. They called me back after a few minutes and she got right into it. Pain level wasn't bad and before I knew it she was done. She only lasted a few minutes and gave me a mirror to look. There was literally so many hairs left you couldn't even tell I got waxed. I asked her if it was normal to have so many hairs and she tried to take off a little bit more. Sadly I still had to go home and pluck out about 30 hairs from each side. Pretty steep prices for me to pay some one and then go home and finish it myself. First and last time I go.

I came here for several sessions of a new package she is offering that implements LightStim and Microcurrent in a relaxing facial. After just one session, I felt my skin had a beautiful glow. After 5th session, I literally had visibly improved, radiant, healthy-looking skin. Because of her, I am able to "feel comfortable in my own skin" and not hide behind so much makeup. On a separate occasion, I came in for a lash lift. I have very short droopy lashes. She was able to give my lashes life, even though they appear so short. Now they are raised up and praising Jesus! It really opens up my eyes and I couldn't be anymore happier! Please, Central Valley, come to Serena's Skin Care Studio and treat yourself. Self care is a must. You deserve it!
