That said, for the price, there are a few things that should be more consistent. I usually get the Volcano pedicure, which is listed at $75 and includes an additional 10 minute massage. About half the time I receive the full 10 minutes, and the other half it feels closer to 6 to 8 minutes. I realize that may sound minor, but when something is specifically advertised, I expect it to be consistent. It is less about the time itself and more about the expectation that is set. Overall, I still return because my experiences here have been better than other places I have tried in the area. With a little more consistency, this would easily be a higher rating.

I appreciated that this place took the risk and still served the public. For that reason I remembered them and came back today. My visit this time was for a gel manicure. I wanted a change of pace so I drove south to Visalia this time around. The place itself has a home feeling and the hospitality is incredible. My nails are cutesy and the amount of time spent with cleaning cuticles, filing, polishing, and massaging was stellar. I never felt like they just wanted to rush me out the door. I went in on Friday, 4/17/26 in the afternoon. I left my original nail business to try this place…read moreout as it seemed nice inside/out. However, I wish I did not try this place. My appt was rushed, my fingers soaked for about a whole minute and a half. After that I was cut and much of my dead skin was NOT removed. I settled on a color because I felt again I was being rushed and at first glance the nail polish looked water down. But I thought maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me since it was a light color. My nails were also RUSHED THROUGH THE GEL MACHINE. They were pulled before it was time..... Fast forward 3 hours lasted after getting home my nail polish begins to chip on one nail. I thought maybe it's just this one. NOPE. Since getting my nails done on Friday (3 days ago) most of my nail polish has come undone on all fingers. The nail polish easily lifts as a WHOLE PIECE not just in pieces. It's bad. PICTURES ARE ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE & look at the dead skin they left. I am trying to just keep what I can on (the pictures don't show just how bad it is lifting). I paid good money and still tipped this place. Do NOT go here.
