Both understood me and promised to do what I wanted. Kristina made the first part, Susana, instead of finishing what Kristina started, ruined the color. I got no gray, not even close! I got a golden dirty blonde with red strands! Not grey at all! Disgusting dirty yellow color instead of beautiful silver! And my gray roots also turned yellow in some places, although I really asked NOT to touch my natural gray roots ((( I lost not just money but also growing time. And my hair is now very dry and frizzy. I am very upset and disappointed. And now I'm thinking about cutting off all that awful yellow dry hair. It was an older man that did them but I didnt catch his name. They look lumpy and very thick and unnatural with a lot of gaps in the sides, but it's the huge space between my cuticle and where the gel starts thats driving me crazy. I just had them done (and redone) and they look like they need to be filled already.
