Didn't even come close to the style or length. It's as if she did the exact opposite of everything we discussed. Was she just not listening? It will take at least a year for my hair to grow out enough to be the length I asked for. I wish I was exaggerating. Mattie, the owners sister, was very apologetic. Even offered me free products for my hair. I appreciate her effort but my hair is screwed. Beware of the stylist you get.
