Twisted Sisters has a great variety of gifts and many different themes and types of gifts. They have a lot of unique items that I don't see in other shops. One thing I really appreciate about the shop is the people working there are friendly and willing to help you find a great gift for someone. That's rare, in my experience. It's easy to find and it's a convenient location. There is ample parking. The other thing I have to mention is they will add tissue paper to your little brown paper bag and dress it up, if it is a gift and then you don't have to bother wrapping it yourself! That's a big plus for me. It is becoming my go to place when I need a fun and unique gift.

They carry a…read morevariety of unique items that make for great gift ideas--it was honestly tempting not to walk out with the entire store. Everything is very well-organized and thoughtfully laid out, which makes shopping easy and enjoyable. On the flip side, the staff could be a bit more attentive. When we walked in, we weren't greeted, and the employees continued their conversation instead of checking if we needed assistance. Even as we browsed, no one offered help. That said, my son loved the selection and ended up picking out a wooden vehicle as a keepsake, which made the visit special. The prices are fair for a privately-owned shop, though you may find some of the same items online for less. Still for the experience and the unique finds it's definitely worth a visit.

After climbing the stairs to the front porch, we entered into the shop. To the left of the shop is a row of dressing rooms for visitors to try on the women's clothing offered within the shop. To the right are several rows of clothing that extend to the back of the shop. To the immediate right of the doorway are accessories, party games, greeting cards, and other small gift items. Based upon my wife's opinion, the clothing seemed to be high quality but also came with a higher price tag than what she was used to paying. She found a gorgeous necklace almost immediately, but the nearly $400 price tag scared her off. The ladies working were welcoming and offered to help find something if needed. Review #3329

I spoke with the owner, who told me that most of the merchandise originates in the U.S. or Canada. The staff is friendly and checked with me several times to see if I needed help. During my visit yesterday, the shop featured Christmas decor with lots of handmade glass ornaments. I fell in love with several of the turquoise inlaid cutting boards and handmade pottery. The prices are high, but inline either what you'd expect for hard-crafted art. I purchased a few wooden snowman ornaments for the kids. The shop is located in a historic building in Broad Ripple. Good luck finding street metered parking. My advice is to shop midweek, during off hours to find parking.

Feels like a more elevated version of silver in the city, and I would recommend for a spot to find gifts for the women in your life (girl friends, moms, grandmothers). I usually shop at the store on Mass Ave, but I was in Carmel, so decided to check it out. The clerks were busy stocking shelves for Christmas when we entered, but welcomed us with big smiles. Currently, they are featuring charm necklaces. An Indiana theme runs throughout the store with everything from Indiana necklaces to Indiana kitchen towels. It's a great place to pick up a gift with candles, art and even some local foods. I even saw a few toys and puzzles today for the kids. I was looking for a funny card and they have a small selection of cards but they were somewhat inappropriate to give a daughter. But they do have lots of crazy socks.
