I never made any move with the credit card company, I canceled the subscription as you requested in writing, and I haven't been back since. I never received a phone call or email from you to clarify this matter, so please don't make up lies to make this story look good! About six months ago, my friend came to visit and wanted a joint lesson, so we signed up together, and this time after you asked me to leave because I made a mistake at the time of the lesson I chose, I asked for my money back. I didn't even know that you would act in such a vindictive manner towards your past customers, so I signed up yesterday as well and to my surprise and disappointment was the disrespectful treatment I received from you. In my opinion, you are behaving in the most disrespectful way! You notified me while I was looking for parking before entering the class! And you charged me another $30 for a late fee!!!! The height of insolence! I'm still waiting for my money back! Regarding your scheduling and registration, it didn't work for me personally as a mother of 3, so I felt that the money I was paying wasn't worth it to me if I couldn't schedule classes! I tried both morning and evening, the availability was very low! It didn't work for me in any way, so it makes sense for me to stop subscribing to you. Hands down, the best Pilates studio in LA (or possibly in the world). I've been coming here for 2.5 years consistently, and don't think I'll ever stop. The studio is clean, the girls are all so sweet, and it feels like home. All of the instructors are hand picked and amazing. Please avoid yourself the regret. They will try impressing you with a free coffee vending machine, but the group sessions are so painfully pointless. No form correction, no hospitable or nice vibes. Just fake nice if you're into that superficial stuff. This Pilates studio oozes "strictly business" vibes. Their contracts are so strict so you will be disappointed with the classes, and getting out of the contract will not be an option. I'm telling you, this place is the perfect example of pilates corporate GREED. It's a chain, what did I expect right? All in all, the classes are way too big (10+ people) so because of that no one is there the entire time to actually correct your form. Your back can break and you'll be lucky if they come correct your form before the damage has occurred. Unsafe corporate practices going on here due to greed, as always. This place is too cold and money hungry but it's disguised as a cute little Alo pilates spot. read more

The most wonderful workout experience ever. First, there's free parking. Anywhere that gives me convenient parking in LA automatically gets points in my book. Second, the studio is undeniably beautiful. More than any other place I've ever been. It's modern, clean, neutral, clean, and CLEAN. Every corner is photo worthy, but I respect and appreciate that photos and video are not permitted during classes- I like to shake in peace and privacy. Third, the instructors are so kind and wonderful. I've often avoided group classes because I'm not at the same level as more experienced attendees, but I don't feel that anxiety here. Kyra has been so welcoming, patient, and meets me where I am. Everyone else I've met at the studio has been so kind and encouraging as well. Fourth, there are lockers for your stuff and socks available for purchase. I love not having to worry about being prepared with no lock or skip if I forget my socks. Now to the class- amazing. Incredible. Trembling while you're doing it but in the best way possible. I swear I'm seeing my body change after just a few sessions. The music is great, instructions are clear, and the class is as challenging as you want it to be. It truly is appropriate for all levels. I feel incredible afterwards and want to come back so often (and I bring friends, who have the same reviews). Finally, the coffee machine. It's as good as everyone says.
