I never received a phone call or email from you to clarify this matter, so please don't make up lies to make this story look good! About six months ago, my friend came to visit and wanted a joint lesson, so we signed up together, and this time after you asked me to leave because I made a mistake at the time of the lesson I chose, I asked for my money back. I didn't even know that you would act in such a vindictive manner towards your past customers, so I signed up yesterday as well and to my surprise and disappointment was the disrespectful treatment I received from you. In my opinion, you are behaving in the most disrespectful way! You notified me while I was looking for parking before entering the class! And you charged me another $30 for a late fee!!!! The height of insolence! I'm still waiting for my money back! Regarding your scheduling and registration, it didn't work for me personally as a mother of 3, so I felt that the money I was paying wasn't worth it to me if I couldn't schedule classes! I tried both morning and evening, the availability was very low! It didn't work for me in any way, so it makes sense for me to stop subscribing to you. And yes, you will also regret that you are not doing your job properly, neither with fairness nor with respect!

If members choose this gym over other options, it's because a higher level of service, amenities, and overall member experience are being presented. At $100/month, consistency and follow-through matter. There have been recurring issues with amenities that should be addressed more proactively. The ginger/wellness shots are rarely available, basic supplies such as plastic cups have taken weeks to be replenished, and the green towels used for sweat are often slow to be restocked. With the ongoing AC issues, members are encouraged to use the white cold towels to cool down. I also kindly reached out directly by email to raise these concerns. It took approximately one to two weeks to receive a response, and while an explanation was provided, I would have appreciated more focus on the resolution, timeline, and next steps. When the same concerns are being raised repeatedly by members, there should be a clear process for following through. The manager's approach to member interaction could also be improved. Her demeanor can come across as very dry and disengaged. Members may say hello without receiving a response or acknowledgment. In a women-only environment that is built around community and comfort, approachable and consistent leadership makes a significant difference. I'm not someone who wants to bring down a business. I raised my concerns directly first because I believe issues should be addressed through communication and collaboration. Since I did not see enough action afterward, I felt Yelp was the appropriate next step to share my experience. Thank you.

Absolutely love this studio. I threw my back out in April of this year and decided to try Pilates…read more I took 25 private lessons at another studio with a teacher who was classically trained with decades of experience. She emphasized proper form and I learned the exercises without hurting myself. But I needed to start group lessons because privates are just too expensive and I wanted to start going more often. This studio is terrific. I think the prices are very reasonable and classes are small enough that the instructor can give individual attention as needed. My favorite instructor is Rosana. She's very knowledgeable and gives an excellent butt-busting workout! Studio is cool, clean with easy parking.

Staff is great and makes modifications as needed and no pressure environment. I tried their promo and was impressed and loved each session, was definitely feeling sore the next day but in the best way. I would have become a member if their pricing was a little more affordable ..$400/ month to only be able to only 10 times in one month feels like kinda expensive to me. Otherwise, 10/10 studio and instructors .

This is a review of the first ever BB Retreat!…read more We all have outside commitments that make it difficult to make time to look inward--work, family, finances--but choosing to say yes to the BenefitBody retreat was truly the best decision I've made for myself in a long time. Going on this retreat was one of the most heart-opening, healing experiences of my life. I came with the ladies I'd met in class, but I left with a true sisterhood--soul connections that feel like they were always meant to be. Everything about the retreat felt so intentional and nourishing, from the delicious meals to the movement that helped me feel strong, soft, and deeply connected to my body. Even the elements felt like they were holding us--the wind especially, which carried our conversations, our laughter, and maybe even our old stories away. The downtime was just as powerful--lounging by the pool, barefoot chats under the sun, quiet moments that turned into deep conversations and big laughs. I left feeling lighter, softer, and more rooted in myself. It was pure magic.

They guide you through the exercises and keep it positive. The studio has lots of time slots available and the pricing is fair compared to other studios. Now to the CONS The studio is dirty. I've only gone twice and both times it's back to back classes so the studio doesn't get cleaned in between. Both times, I saw lots of hair on the floor, my mat, in the reformer and just lots of other crumbs and boogers, whatever else accumulated throughout the day. The class is designed like a circuit and you don't use the reformer the entire time, both times juts one exercise used the machine. It's very strange to be in a Pilates studio and not use the machines more. The equipment (weights, benches, etc) is worn out, cracked, dirty and just needs updating. Overall, I got a great workout regardless and was sweating my brains out so if this stuff is not an issue, you will enjoy the class as everyone else in there is happy to be there and clearly been coming for a while. But for me, I really wanted a reformer class that utilizes the machines for the majority, if not the entirety of the class.
