All of the instructors have been very helpful and hands on with the exception of Shelby so I try to avoid her classes. Finding parking has never been an issue for me but I can see it getting packed during peak times. If you're new, try to go 5-10 minutes earlier to ask questions about the mega reformer as the classes fly by. It can be intimidating but just focus on form and don't forget to take grippy socks as they charge $20 for them.
