I recently joined BeKind studios, transferring from another studio. I was never a person to enjoy working out, at BeKind the amazing teachers get me up and excited for a 6:30am class no problem! You really feel like you get a good work out of every class and I see and feel a difference in myself already (I went from 2 classes a week at my previous studio to 4 or 5 a week here). I don't have to worry who the instructor of the class is, without fail they are all amazing and every class is different, meaning you don't get bored of the same routine. The instructors look at everyone in the class the whole time, and are there to help if you don't understand, and always are on hand to give adaptations if you have something that limits you (a painful wrist, back pain etc). The studio is clean, with lots of extra amenities other studios do not offer (coffee machine, lockers, towels etc). Thank you BeKind for making me excited to work out! read more

I thought this studio would be really bourgeois and kind of unwelcoming as a few Calabasas aerobic/athletic places are, but Be Kind Studios was the exact opposite. The staff were friendly, supportive and accommodating and I'm glad they brought their pop-in no membership classes back. After I deliver my baby I will definitely try to return for some pop in classes. read more

Be Kind is one of a KIND ! the aesthetic alone of the studio is enough to get you to join, the cleanliness, the complimentary coffee and tea, the bathroom's fully stocked with all the necessities you can think of, and the over all look of the studio is so beautiful I've never seen another like it. But that's just the start of it ;) Alec, Be Kind's manager, runs the show and makes you laugh while doing it, he's always there to help with anything you need.
