I believe my lady's name was Cici and she was fantastic! I had told her about some neck issues I was having and she really dug into that area, in addition to my lower back (which I've been having issues but never mentioned). I think she could tell as she was feeling for tenseness and such. This place is more of reflexology/thai massage type place so more use of other body parts to massage (elbows, forearms, etc...) not just fingers. They also had the pole for walking on your back if you're into that and request it. There was no heat in the building so we had to do the detox with our winter jackets on. And there was no privacy, the foot detox took place in the lobby for anyone to walk into. She brought out buckets of luke warm water, not hot at all, by the end of the hour it was very much cold water. She threw a machine in the water and that was it, no explanation of the process, just handed us a pamphlet and walked away. So i have no idea if the machine just turned the water a different color, or if my feet were genuinely detoxed.
