Benjamin was responsive and extremely helpful. He was on time and was able to do the job quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much!!!

Looked around this was the cheapest quote I found by a lot. Started looking for key replacements at 6pm, and by 730pm I had my key fob replaced. Benjamin was quick with really good service, only took about 10-15 minutes to have my new key. Pretty damn convenient from losing my key to not having to get up off my couch. I'd r read more

Really great service. I had my keys taken and he was able to come by with short notice and was incredibly punctual. He also shared how to reset locks and was able to create two new car keys for me and a house key in under 30 minutes. Ben is a super friendly, respectful, and honest guy, would definitely recommend him for others. read more

We needed a new mailbox lock, so I reached out to Benjamin earlier this afternoon. He was remarkably responsive and gave a reasonable quote upfront. To help confirm his estimate, he also asked for a picture of the mailbox lock. I was thrilled that he was able to come right away. One thing I noticed immediately was his van; it looked very professional and it was very clear that he seemed prepared for any locksmith situation required. Benjamin was able to resolve our mailbox lock situation relatively quickly. Overall we were very happy with his services, and I would call BDS back in the future for all my locksmith needs. Thanks so much, Benjamin! read more

Could not be happier! Ignition lock in my older Explorer fell apart, and I called Ben and he was at my home within the hour with an OEM equivalent part. Price was less than taking it to my auto repair person too! And - he was able to use the same keys in the new lock! One less issue! Very friendly, professional, and would call him again for any lock related issue. Highly recommend!! read more

Ben was recommended to me by my mechanic. I messaged him this morning at 9am, he replied within 30 mins to my text, and we agreed on a 1-hr window to meet in the afternoon. He messaged me as soon as he was on the way and he was punctual. He perfectly replaced my broken key casing and set me up with a new spare key all within 15 mins. He was a complete professional and friendly. I'll gladly recommend him to my friends and family. read more

My son worked with him about a year ago and had a great experience. So when we needed emergency service I called directly. Even though he as "closed" for the holiday period, he came over in 30 minutes and fixed my issue. I wanted to give him extra business so requested a full key and fob copy, and it turned into a real challenge- my old car would take the key program but not the remote. So far no one had been able to make a copy, but Benjamin with all his experience figured it out. We'll be calling him for all our needs! The price was very fair too. On par with what Costco quoted us recently, and half of the dealer quote. read more

Just had my porsche boxster key made. Awesome guy. Awesome job awesome price. I would recommend him to all my friends.

I asked Yelp for a quote. Benjamin replied quickly, and he not only asked for the model year of the car, but also gave me the exact cost right away. His price was much better compared to the quote I got a year ago from another locksmith, probably because last time I needed an emergency roadside service while this time my time is more flexible. He arrived on the same day within the time range we agreed on. He called 25 mins before he arrived at my place to give me a heads-up, and called again when he arrived. He finished the job quickly and didn't show impatience when I took some time to find the car registration/insurance info. The overall process was very smooth. Highly recommended! read more

I've needed to get my car keyfobs replaced for months now but balked at the price from the dealership. After locking myself outside of my car for the third time, while waiting to be rescued I was shopping around for a locksmith to get this done. Within minutes Benjamin replied with a quote (definitely the best price of the bunch), and was actually free to meet me at my location within an hour. In about 30-40 minutes he had done the replacement, I was really astonished he was able to do this with such short notice. Anyway, Ben really saved my skin, and hopefully I don't need a locksmith anytime soon but if I did I'm definitely calling him. read more

I requested a quote from all the locksmiths in the area and Benjamin responded within a minute. He gave me a quote for how much it would cost including the part vs. how much it would cost if I were to get the part online instead, which helped me make an informed decision. Once I told him that I wanted to proceed he let me know he could come to me or I could come to him; I decided the latter because I was already on the move. When I arrived he greeted me with an optional fist bump and his mask on, asked me a few questions, then got to work. Not only did it take him less than 5 minutes but he also checked that everything worked well himself and then had me check that everything was great. He also gave me peace of mind by checking registration and ID to ensure I was the owner, which is more than even AAA does sometimes. After everything was good and paid ( he accepts venmo which is fantastic) he gave me his card and let me know that if anything doesn't work ever to give him a call and he would fix it. Overall, great and efficient experience. The key quality is great, generic but has all the functionalities of the original, maybe even a better feel. Hopefully I won't need to see him soon but if I need a locksmith I know who to call. read more

Ben showed up right away, opened a locked door in 37 seconds (we timed it!), and even made it so that an existing key, which didn't work before, can now unlock that door (what kind of Harry Potter wizardry is that?!). He also fixed all my other locks because they all had various issues and made me all new keys (note to self: keys made in machines at Home Depot are terrible).
