His workers left the area with dozens of nails sticking out from the floor, metal corner beads ripped apart and sticking out from the walls and pieces of drywall and sub flooring everywhere. Then after he received his check from USAA he needed us to endorse it and asked to leave it at the house. When he came to drop it off, he actually walked in the kitchen from the garage. Uninvited, unwelcome and un-announced. He illegally entered my home with my wife and daughter alone!!! He was told to leave it in the screen door. When my wife confronted him he was more concerned about his payment then the illegal act he just committed.

They were able to send someone immediately even though it was a last minute, early morning request. The gentleman went through the building and decided which spot to tackle the issue from, then came back with the discovery that it was our grease trap that was causing the blockage. We got that cleaned out and unfortunately, the problem wasn't solved. I gave them a call the day after the trap was cleaned and let them know they hadn't diagnosed the problem correctly (although the grease trap definitely needed a good clean, so I am grateful to him for pointing that out), so they sent out one of the supervisors who arrived less than an hour after I placed the call, and discovered half a mop (How? Seriously, how??) that was causing the blockage. Since then, we've had zero issues and they'll be my go-to if we ever have any future problems. ABC Concrete (Wil Stevens) gave me a timely bid for a walkway and driveway. It went downhill from…read morethere. The crew showed up late. The work was not professional. Cleanup was a word they hadn't learned the meaning of. We had high forms set and the driveway was given different textures. Saw cuts were part of the bid and they just grooved the joints and some joints were not continuous and crooked. They destroyed my existing steps (which I asked to leave in place) with brick facings during demo and did not allow new concrete forms to have enough room to replace the bricks. The steps they installed are uneven They chipped off a piece of my new siding and got slop on the white garage doors. Their equipment leaked oil all over the street. They left mud and concrete footprints on the sidewalk and street and never came back to clean up. There was no portable toilet on the job site so workmen leaned against their pickup truck to relieve themselves and left urine in the gutter. Wil Stevens never came out to check on any part of the job. After the job was done, the workmen left without a word. I called Wil Stevens to voice my dissatisfaction with the job. He agreed to come out and take a look at the work. He never showed up and there was no more contact from ABC Concrete, period. If you contemplate using ABC, my best advice is RUN! Do not even give them a consideration.
