His pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work. I was so happy with how my kitchen floor came out that I'm now hiring him to do all of the tile work in my house. The Stone Shop saved the day…read more We were in the middle of renovating our bathroom when our contractor informed us that the 5' long X 3" wide marble saddle under the shower door was too narrow and we needed to get a 5 inch wide one right away. We tried to find one on-line, we went to Lowes and Home Depot, and we could not find one that matches what we need, and the contractor needed it ASAP. We remember THE STONE SHOP did our kitchen last year so we called and Ashley told us to come over right away and pick out a slab we like and she will have it cut to the right size for us. We went there at 11 am and selected one that matches our wall tile color and Ashley said she will have a piece cut out to our specification by 3pm. We went back at 3pm that same afternoon and the piece was all ready for pick-up, all polished to perfection. We brought it back home and the contractor installed it right away. They were incredible in thinking out of the box to help us out. I cannot thank them enough for saving the day. They were friendly, accommodating, and affordable. They did not jack up the price just because it was an emergency. They will bend over backward to help you out. Thank you Ashley and Frank for making life so much easier for us.

Working with Erin Strickland at Morris Interiors was one of the best decisions we made during our…read morewhole-house remodel. The project was focused on preparing our home for sale, and Erin's design insight and management made an enormous difference -- both in the quality of the finished product and in the sale price. Her thoughtful design choices and practical advice directly contributed to an increase in our home's value of roughly $350,000. Erin's approach was responsive, collaborative, and always focused on getting the greatest impact from a tight budget. Just as valuable as her design recommendations were her clear opinions on what not to change -- helping us invest where it truly mattered. She managed trades efficiently, stayed flexible in sharing oversight, and wasn't afraid to get hands-on, personally helping lay out floor and shower tile. She balanced professionalism with a personal touch -- meeting in person when needed and easily handling other decisions virtually. Her listening skills and calm, encouraging manner made every choice easier and better. Billing was fair, transparent, and timely, and her access to trusted vendors saved us thousands (including $5,000 in cabinetry costs alone). In the end, the cost of design services was more than justified by the results. We couldn't recommend Erin and Morris Interiors more highly for anyone looking to combine creativity, value, and professionalism in a remodel or home design project.
