Bought a bedding set for a sale price…read more When I contacted them to check the eta as I hadn't heard anything they told me the price I bought it at was not correct and I needed to pay an additional £75. They also told me that they were "just about to contact me about it" which I find hard to believe. They then proceeded to ask to cancel my order. Really upset and quite bad abrupt customer service. I would not recommend buying from this company as they do not know how to treat there customers appropriately. They offered me "additional items" and booja chocolates to be sent with my order if I didn't want to cancel... the boOna chocolates were already included in the original order and who knows what these "additional items" were. I presume they would not be worth the stress and the money being taken/held from my account for a number of days without any contact. Also the items were advertised as on sale, it's January so I assumed it was a January sale. I told them they were on sale but they said they had no record of this... even though my order went through and I had an email confirmation , money left my account and I had the shop app with tracking set to take place. Super strange. I would avoid this company at all costs as I can only imagine what it's like trying to return something or quibble anything with them that you might not be happy with, they will not budge and will not help.

After 1 month of finishing the job there is now a huge crack where the ceiling meets the wall and the paint is literally flaking off. When confronted, a triggered Shlomi proceeded to gaslight and yell at me with the excuse that the building "must have shifted" or that I must have "slammed the front door" to cause the damage! After agreeing to come back to make the repair he has essentially ghosted me because an automated "I will call you back" message pops up whenever I call. In addition, there are white paint marks over all the gold hardware on the doors and on the brand new wood floors as if his workers never bothered to put painters tape to protect these surfaces. I mean, seriously? Rinat has called only once to ask if Shlomi has returned to repair the ceiling and has ghosted me as well. If they are working as partners then she needs to also be held accountable.

We had met with a number of design build firms but were not finding what we were looking for in personalized attention. When I first met IK, the project was a certain size - one kitchen and one bathroom, possibly two bathrooms. After we met IK, heard their ideas and shared some of our dream items for our family home, we decided to re-design our ENTIRE apartment using IK as our design team for architectural services and selections across 2300 interior square feet. This included redesigning our apartment layout, tripling the size of our kitchen and gutting 3 full bathrooms and enhancing one other bathroom. We could not have done it without Lauren, Olga, Adriana and the entire IK team of designers and project managers. IK is on top of it all. We had weekly design and logistics meetings that included our budget tracking and our selection tracking. They were able to show us what our apartment was going to look like through amazing renderings that were so life-like, it was the first time I was able to truly see what I was putting together. They worked with us on finishing selections, coordination with the contracting team over 6 months with multiple weekly visits, the architect and expeditors, the ancillary services and resources for glass, marble, cabinetry and more. IK was able to deliver us the home of our dreams in NYC. Although it was a complicated and nearly year long project, we felt ready to take it all on because of IK and their team and their contacts. They were there for us every step of the way, kept us on budget and were able to meet with varying providers when we weren't, acting like our own right hand.
