I was told to wait and ended up sitting there for over 15 minutes with zero urgency or explanation. Clearly, appointments here mean absolutely nothing. If you're going to double-book or ignore your own schedule, then stop wasting people's time with pointless confirmations. This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Don't bother booking an appointment here unless you're okay being treated like a walk-in.

Prices aren't clearly displayed, which caused confusion from the start. My nail technician was Annie, and she rushed through my manicure. I asked for a white tip with a gel top coat. The staff at the front desk asked if I wanted hard gel, and I said yes because I'd never heard of it before and assumed they were recommending the right service. How was I supposed to know the difference? When I questioned the service, Annie told me I was wrong because I hadn't explained what I wanted correctly--even though she wasn't at the front desk during the conversation. She then told me I should have come to her directly. That's not something you say to a customer, especially when I didn't even know who my nail technician would be. I also didn't appreciate her attitude. Within a week, my thumbnail chipped and broke off, and black marks started appearing under some of the white tips. I returned to have the issues fixed and asked to speak with a manager, but it felt like talking to a wall. Annie repaired the two damaged nails but then told me that hard gel "wasn't for me." My response was that the problem wasn't the service--it was the application. Shortly afterward, more nails started popping off. I ended up going to another nail salon, where I paid $5 to have the one nail repaired, and I also had to buy press-on nails to match. I spent $65 at Venetian, plus more money afterward, for a total of about $80. What a waste of money. I will never return. This business needs better customer service and better training.

There were several friendly women at the desk and I asked about getting a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I also wanted an extra coat for protection. They made a point to look at my nails first to check out what I had on. I was quoted $45 for the gel manicure, & $5 for the extra strengthening coat, plus $35 for a pedicure. I made an appointment and arrived on time a few hours later. They have numerous stations and the decor is very nice. All the technicians were wearing black. I was introduced to Jenny and told to choose a polish color. Jenny led me to her station so she could remove my previous gel polish. While the gel was soaking off, she moved me to a pedicure chair. There were big screen TVs around and she brought me a bottle of water. The water in the tub started out cold., but after it warmed up I received an amazing pedicure! The polish looked great and my feet and legs were rubbed with lotion and then wrapped in a warm towel . (The massage chair was nice too!) When I finished it was $80 as quoted and my fingers and toes look great! I think I may have found my new nail salon in Plantation!

Because of that experience, my friends decided they would never return to this location. Additionally, there were extra fees that were not communicated to us beforehand. He then told me my wait would be 20-30 minutes, despite having an appointment. I am very unhappy with their service and the rudeness of the technicians. I highly discourage people from going to this nail spa..

I needed someone to finish the other hand, and honestly, I was already feeling overwhelmed. I called before coming in and asked if, as long as I made it there within 10 minutes, they could help me finish my nails. They took their time, did a great job, and most importantly, they made me feel like I wasn't a burden for needing a little help. That small act of kindness meant the world to me that day. Sometimes it's not just about the service itself, but about how someone makes you feel when you're having a difficult day. Last week, my scheduled pedicure appointment with Kelly was switched to another technician without prior notice. Unfortunately, this technician was visibly upset and, when I politely instructed her on how I wanted my pedicure done, she became aggressive and began yelling at me. To my shock, she stopped in the middle of the service and told me to find someone else to finish. Another technician eventually stepped in and completed the pedicure, but by that point, I was already humiliated. I asked to speak with a manager at the time, but my request was ignored. Three days later, I called and spoke with Sophia, who assured me the manager would return my call, but no one ever did. I find it unacceptable that I was treated so unprofessionally and then disregarded when I tried to address the issue. At the very least, I expected an apology and some acknowledgment of the poor treatment I received. Since that did not happen, I will no longer be returning to the salon. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that no other clients have to endure a similar experience.

The original technician, Hanna, wasn't there at first, but when she arrived she remembered my polish and took over. She fixed the broken nail and it looked great. Before leaving, I mentioned the clear top coat on my ring finger had started peeling. She warned that reapplying clear coat might cause the nail to peel more. I said that was fine -- I just wanted it to look neat. At that point, her demeanor changed. She grabbed my hand abruptly and began applying product without properly prepping the nail. I felt uncomfortable and pulled my hand away. She then raised her voice and said, "You're no longer welcome here. I don't like how you're talking to me," and walked toward the back. I sat quietly, shocked. When she came back, she continued saying rude and unprofessional comments. Instead of escalating things, I calmly told her, "I forgive you." She replied, "You're not God." I responded, "You're right -- I'm only human. And look at how you're treating me." What's unfortunate is that I had just taken a photo of their business card to recommend them to a friend. After that interaction, I tore it up and threw it away. I walked in supportive and left feeling disrespected.
