There was garbage piled throughout the parking lot, and a shopping-cart garbage fire had clearly been there for several days, with debris and trash still sitting on the sidewalk directly in front of your restaurant. I took photos and video because I honestly couldn't believe it. Couldn't someone from the staff or management spend an hour before opening cleaning this up? This is the first thing your customers see when they arrive! And here's the frustrating part: your food is incredible, your staff is great, and the restaurant is obviously very popular. Our server did not check on us. Her colleagues dropped off the food. When we reminded her that the order never arrived she sounded apologetic. They took off the item + actually packed the pork belly buns in a Togo box. The food overall is good! But for the price (I am from the bay area so I understand how much VCOL should cost). But this was about 25% too high. Someone needs to look hard at the level of service. Because the lady right next to me had her order screwed up and they left items off the menu too.
