Once I gave this lady my 200 she gave me a list all for Chicago then said she would call the landlords in Indiana to see if they had anything available she would call and let me know. after she got the money I was like no I didn't pay for you to call anyone I paid for a list which I didn't receive,the list was for Illinois not Indiana. Then I waited for the next day and called to see if she had contacted someone she then became rude and said she doesnt work miracles overnight I became angry and began to want to get in my car and go beat this lady ass but what stoppEd me was the fact that I have more to loose then this lady. hone this business should be shut down they should not be allowed to steal peoples money. HOWEVER, When levav brought the property everything went downhill. The hallways began to stink. Someone smashed our front door and it wasn't fixed until months later. And the door is still broken. Worst of all, they are disgraceful SLUM LORDS. I was paying $850 for a studio which is more than reasonable. One day I received a random phone call and was told that my rent would be raised to $1400. The excuse given was property taxes which is ridiculous. Worst of all they had no organized way of informing the tenants. They thought it would be sufficient enough to make people aware of their doubled rent by putting a note on the door. Now families who have been in their homes for 40+ years have to leave because of greed and discrimination. If Levav properties buys your building be prepared to be priced out. These are people with no morals or decency.
