I came her to verify some documents for employment purposes and the experience was faster than fast. The young lady at the front desk has the patience of a saint honestly. I observed how she handled one of their clients who was visibly distressed and experiencing some form of customer service complaints about a different employee & the tone in which the young lady was speaking in was admirable. She was everything but dismissive, annoyed or anything negative. I'm not sure if everyone here is trained to respond with such grace when dealing with certain clientele but she made me think maybe I need to come here for anger management. Her interaction with that client was the definition of emotional intelligence. Bcdc anger management is the best company and best class I've been apart of. Miss koheen is by far the best instructor I've had, she provides you with the materials and knowledge to help grow as a person and also helps you understand the material we go over. She allows every one to have an opinion with no judgement and makes you feel like you're part of a family when entering the class. Dr. Hall is the best at what she does and I'm very grateful for miss koheen, dr. Hall and miss ponce for helping me grow as an individual. The class was great. Dr. Hall and the A. M. class facilitators were excellent at teaching. Up to some point the subjects seemed simple, still very interesting to me. Then the subjects that were given later were a little harder, I had/have to admit, they were also super interesting and they did complement with the easy ones nicely. I'll add that I had never been in a class like this, and on this one time I did because the other party said lies to start the legal problem. I graduated from the A. Unfortunately, this place run by careless people. I made an appointment through FieldPrint website for fingerprint. I arrived even 30 minutes earlier after 3 hours driving in LA traffic. No one open the door. I called couple places to be able to reschedule in different location. Do not recommend to anyone. read more

BCDC Anger Management is a well respected course, the environment is welcoming and educational. It's really organized, court approved so if you have a court order you don't have to worry. I feel this course has helped me a lot, Mrs. Wilson makes it interactive so you have to give feedback just to make sure you are understanding the classes more.
