There were a couple cars available for me to choose between, he was patient and allowed me to sit in each car to see which I was comfortable in. Bryan was so patient. He even stated that at any time I was struggling with the car size I could exchange in for another within the same class, he wanted me to be comfortable. I had to call the office a few times with questions. I spoke with Umi who was so helpful and polite, very knowledgeable as was Bryan. Umi, took the time to call me and let me.know my rental had been extended to ease my mind while I shopped for another car. This office goes above and beyond to care for their customers.
