Their quote was more reasonable compared to others I received, and scheduling the appointment was very easy. They are quite busy, so my installation was scheduled about three weeks out--but it was definitely worth the wait. Kyle, the electrician, did an excellent job. He tested the app with me before starting and then again after completing the installation to make sure everything was working perfectly. I especially appreciated the attention to detail--Kyle even laid down a cloth under his ladder to catch any debris from the attic, which no other contractor I've worked with has done. Very professional service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

At the suggestion of a friend, we contacted Joe at Clear-Cut Electric and had him come over for a quote. We decided to go with them and are extremely happy with the result. Finding trustworthy home improvement companies is sometimes tricky but Clear-Cut Electrical has proven to us they are worthy of our business.

After receiving glowing recommendations from satisfied customers on Nextdoor, we decided to contact Clear Cut. Their professionalism and expertise were exceptional. We will certainly reach out to them again as we continue to renovate our home!

He confirmed the outlet was indeed getting power, and that the box needed to be adjusted. It was a quick 30 minute fix (maybe less than 30 minutes but I got some educational incite from him). Glad I went with Hagan Electric to fix this. A previous electrician from Mister Sparky Electric claimed the outlet needed to be rewired and was not getting any electricity. The Mister Sparky Electric guy charged $400 to tell my HOA: "Resident has square D panel which complies with today's standards. No need to change panel." All he did was look at the panel that day. Maybe 15 minutes to say what kind of panel it was and charged $400. Anyways- beware of going to certain companies to have electrical work done. Hagan Electric seems like a good one. The job I had today was pretty simple.

The day of the service, there was great communication and everything with the job went smoothly. Israel and David let me know when addition things were going to be needed and explained the reasons why changes needed to be made. The job site was left extremely clean and the work area looks better than when they arrived. I would absolutely recommend them for your electrical needs. An added bonus is they are a Veteran owned company.

He wanted to make it right with me. he did, but you never forget that first experience. Well, now they are back to the same thing. I've been trying to cancel their annual service membership since April 27th, 2026. I was told that they had canceled it right then and there while I was on the phone. I received an email from them on May 3rd saying that my upcoming auto payment for the service that I had canceled was coming up and that it had gone from $199.00 a year to $249.00. I called to make sure that it had been canceled. Nothing happened. I responded to the email. It was kicked back to me. I emailed at the email in the invoice...three times and no reply. I called twice today. The lady that answered transferred me to the woman in charge of that. It rang a couple of times and hung up on me. I called back and was told to email them or use the other woman's voice mail, except it never goes to voicemail and I already mentioned how nobody responds to the emails. I can't tell you if their service is any good. I hired them to fix something, and they didn't fix it. We thought that they did, but they didn't. Now I'm fed up. I highly do NOT recommend this business.

I planned to spend the $1,500 they quoted but after they began to do work, price was increased to 3K. I was over a barrel as I don't live in the home and my renters were miserable in the hot weather. It is now July 10th and the owner (Dino) has no interest whatsoever in rectifying the situation. He offered to put the $3,500 which I already spent toward replacing the entire unit (his quote was higher than Costco's quote by the way) He also told me the price has gone up considerably since I received his first quote in April. Why in the world would I give them more $$ when my system now works worse than it did when they began doing work? I wish him no ill will personally but I do think that people need to be warned. I had him replace two thermostats at a cost of $774. I was told by two other contractors that they would have only charged $500. I feel that I was taken advantage of and customer service when I tried to call and send texts took three days to get back to me. He only responded after I send him emails. I had worked with him many years ago and have given him business over the years. You would think someone would want to keep a reasonable customer who pays in a timely manner. Very disappointing.
