The pictures are his sloppy Work. He promised to come back, but that was a big lie. He was continuously talking about the Bible on my phone Head Office they didn't care they said talk to Paul. Of course, no apologies for this at all. I guess the reason was that he already worked on my car a bit through another shop called Final Touch Auto Spa who outsourced their restoration job to New Creations. However, the leather/vinyl repairs were incomplete and sloppy in some parts. Places of the car that was made in vinyl looks ok, but all of the leather repairs look like somebody rubbed over it with a black sandpaper, certainly not like "people won't notice it unless they knew about the wear," it was obvious to most people that aren't legally blind. The most important part was to get rid of the wrinkles and touch up the tired-looking seat leathers to make it look newer again, but that was not even touched, as well as couple of the tufting buttons that were missing and I asked to replace. For about 5-6 small repair jobs that took about 4 hours, the charge was $525... I would leave 1.5 stars if I could, but 1 is still fine with me since I certainly won't go back there or ask New Creations to do any work in the future.
