They matched the mustard coloured leather with superb matched quality and within one week Luc had collected the couch cushions and returned them to me perfectly recovered. They even fit better than originally. This family owned local business and in particular Luc kept me informed every step of the way. Their work is impeccable, their customer service outstanding, their price was a delightful surprise and what a really nice family to deal with. I really can't recommend them enough. Their work is impeccable, the finish, fitting and stitching is absolutely perfect. On both occasions the sofas came back to us looking as they did when they were new (possibly better). This is a family run business and they take great pride in what they do. The son, Luc, deals mostly with the customers, while his mother and father do the magic in their onsite workshop. They are easy to deal with, and work with you to make sure you get the result you want (from choice of fabrics to the finished product). Note: Do not get turned off by the rather rundown appearance of their storefront. The magic happens inside. If you need the best work done on your high end furniture. This is the ONLY place to go! Of course, no apologies for this at all. I guess the reason was that he already worked on my car a bit through another shop called Final Touch Auto Spa who outsourced their restoration job to New Creations. However, the leather/vinyl repairs were incomplete and sloppy in some parts. Places of the car that was made in vinyl looks ok, but all of the leather repairs look like somebody rubbed over it with a black sandpaper, certainly not like "people won't notice it unless they knew about the wear," it was obvious to most people that aren't legally blind. The most important part was to get rid of the wrinkles and touch up the tired-looking seat leathers to make it look newer again, but that was not even touched, as well as couple of the tufting buttons that were missing and I asked to replace. For about 5-6 small repair jobs that took about 4 hours, the charge was $525... I would leave 1.5 stars if I could, but 1 is still fine with me since I certainly won't go back there or ask New Creations to do any work in the future.
