The first time I came in to try BC Cafe's food, there was an issue with my order. But the staff made amends for it on my next visit. The owner/manager spoke to me personally and apologized, saying that they use the freshest ingredients. I understand that and can say I'm glad I gave them another chance. The chicken sandwich I ordered was probably one of the best I've had. It was a huge portion and the bun and patty went perfectly together. Most recently, I had the carne asada wrap and the marinated meat was top notch. It's no surprise that BC Cafe is a neighborhood favorite. They know what they're doing when they put their ingredients together and always have rotating specials, so check them out! Renee and Bill were most hospitable and helpful during the wedding tasting we had this evening (my little sis is getting married and I was lucky enough to tag along, yay!) Renee with BC cafe and catering just catered our wedding. All I can say is wow. The food was great, but the service is what stood out as exceptional. Renee's staff went above and beyond. They made sure the bride and groom were taken care of with water and appetizers while we were taking photos and even made sure that we had a platter of appetizers in the bridal suite before the ceremony!!!! The service was hands down 5 star. After working at a 5 star resort, service is a big concern to me if I host an event and Renee and her staff knocked it out of the park!!!!! I bought a weeks worth of meals based on a recommendation from a friend. To be fair, the meals are good and the convenience of having them helps free up valuable time in my schedule. Here's where it falls apart. I did not have a good customer service experience when it came to picking up the meals and contact with customer service (as a first time customer) - communication left something to be desired. Additionally, I'm found that 3 out of the 5 meal containers I bought are cracked and leak everywhere. I'm sure not everyone has had my experience and maybe it's just a fluke - but I'm going elsewhere for my meal prep needs. read more

Wow! I had our wedding catered 2 weeks ago on May 10th at Villa De Amore and I have to say it was amazing. I had a ton of compliments from guests regarding the taste and quality and appearance of the food. I had my menu tasting planned and scheduled last year and all communication and information from BC Cafe was prompt and professional. I had a great tasting that they set up for me on site. I work in the office building across the street from the BC Café and we go there all the time because the food is fantastic. This is no ordinary deli/lunch place. The food is made to order right down to the tuna salad that's in my sandwich. You should give it a try - they have specials every day but they are closed Monday just FYI. read more

Renee was so helpful with the tasting and her staff was very prompt and gracious during the dinner and dessert service. Now lets talk about the food.... HOLY COW!!! To this day we still get compliments, especially on the hors d'oeuvre during the cocktail hour (crab cakes and shrimp were so good!). We hired BC Cafe & Catering for our backyard wedding reception and we were blown away at the quality of service we received. We hired the In-N-Out food truck, but were looking for a catering service to offer appetizers and a french fry bar. The were able to accommodate our requests as well as offer the fries to be served with a salad, mini corn dogs, and topping for the fries such as, chili and cheese. They even allowed us to rent the linens from the for a beyond reasonable rate. All of the guests were so happy with the food and everyone was talking about how great it was. The only thing is that they can be a little hard to get a hold of, but every time we did speak with them they were well informed and professional. read more

I don't like credit card machines asking if I'd like to leave a tip before I've tried the food. .but the order taker guy was easy on the eyes so $2 before lunch was served, no problem ;-) haha my sister and I ordered the two lunch specials they had to offer that day. California burrito and mahi mahi tacos. The tacos were great, fresh, flavorful, yum mango salsa. The burrito was not my favorite. I would recommend to the chef: real cheddar cheese, not that American slice cheap cheese. The carne asada did not taste too fresh or well made either. SO yes to fish tacos. Oh and the first time I tried BC cafe was at their food truck at an event. The free range chicken tacos were so bomb and worth every penny. mmm yes. I need some more of those. read more

Very peculiar place. This place hardly opens for a walk-in lunch. We went to check out the food because of the reviews and Kitchen was closed even though it was during their hours of operation. They referred us to their pre-made food in the fridge which we said Nope! The place also smells once we walked in. I just realized most of their reviews are for catering. Not sure how they would have a good catering business if their customer service was awful. So wouldn't order cater here also. read more

I had BC Cafe cater my wedding in Temecula in September 2014. All of my guests raved about the food! They passed around appetizers, set up a lemonade and a water stand, and hosted a buffet style dinner. Also I had one vegetarian guest and one gluten allergic guest at my wedding, BC Cafe took care of each of their needs. I would highly recommend this place for weddings and other events.
