I received an automated response, but unfortunately never heard back. Life got busy, and I eventually forgot about it. Fast forward to a several of weeks ago -- another Instagram ad for Star Motor Werks popped up while I was, once again, deep in car content. This time, I decided to look up their Yelp page. Since I was already there, I used the "Request a Quote" feature and included detailed information about my goals for the project. The very next day, I was contacted by Denise, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She asked a few follow-up questions and let me know she'd gather details and pricing for me. When she mentioned, "Oh yeah, we've done brake upgrades before!" I was genuinely excited. Her professionalism and friendly attitude immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands. Shortly after, Geoff made multiple attempts to connect with me and even carved time out of his busy schedule to walk through the specifics of the project. He patiently explained every detail and offered thoughtful, professional recommendations on equipment and pricing. It's clear he truly knows Mercedes-Benz inside and out -- his knowledge and passion really show. I brought my car in for a quick inspection, and we reviewed everything in person. With Geoff's guidance, I ultimately decided to move forward with OEM AMG brakes and parts. Every detail was thoroughly discussed, and we penciled in a date for the project. So far, the experience has been professional, informative, and genuinely pleasant. I truly appreciate the time, transparency, and care the Star Motor Werks team have shown throughout this process. Great service at a VERY reasonable price! I got a curb rash on my machined rim. I knew repairing a…read moremachined rim wasn't gonna be easy, but I was hoping it'll be an improvement compared to the curb rash itself, which was an eyesore. Ryan responded quickly, sent him photos, and he got back to me with a quote that beat everyone else's' I contacted. We scheduled the service. He showed up on time and finished the job in less than 20 minutes. Considering it was a machined rim, I wasn't expecting it to be 100% like new, after repairs, but Ryan got it 95% there which is more than what I was hoping for. I felt very comfortable hiring him right away. They just finished installing a very high-quality tint on 10 giant commercial windows that get a lot of sun.
