For snacks and beverages, there was a fair-sized refrigerated section - so I could get something like a Health-Ade Kombucha if I wanted a chilled drink. My offices were by the North Gate and Sproul Plaza, so if I ran out of something and could not find it in a shop near either of those locations I would come here. Because of its proximity to campus, it was also a place I would come to look for items I needed for life outside of school/work when on my break. When looking for a lock for a locker (for swimming), I also came here. Prices were competitive and sometimes even cheaper for the same product than at the Target in Emeryville or Albany.

But there are other stores here along with restaurants and coffee shops. Seems like this is more of a place to hang out at to me. They had live music the time I was here. I got lucky and found some street parking, but make sure you feed that meter, the Berkeley meter patrol doesn't play. They are waiting for that meter to expire and they circle this area a lot!!

As usual, this Costco has the great value that all Costco's are known for.
