Very cute flower/plant nursery with a bustling cafe…read more The nursery is beautiful, plants of all shapes and sizes, with helpful guides on how much sunlight and water each needs. Prices are quite reasonable as well, so the value is top tier. Got the matcha and the mocha from the cafe, as well as the triple chocolate cookie. As a bonus, there's no extra cost for oat milk! The lattes were quite flavourful and warm, and the cookie was packed with flavour and soft. We sat outside by the fountain and it was very scenic and relaxing!

I called them 2 days before Mother's Day to order an assortment of plants to be delivered to my mum in St Catharines. The lady on the phone sounded like she had better things to do and my business didn't matter at all. She was impatient with me when I took less than 15 seconds to grab my credit card and when I asked her why she was so rude, she had the audacity to say - "Well I don't know why you didn't have your credit card out to begin with". I placed the order nonetheless. Later found out that my credit card was charged for $28 more than stipulated on the website. I called them all day - phone was unavailable. When I finally got in touch, the same curt lady came to the phone and said - " I would assume you knew it's tax and the delivery fee." The business is IN St Catharines - same small town as my mum's residence, $28 in tax and delivery?!! Also, why was I not made aware of this on our initial phone conversation? Not to mention that no receipt or proof of purchase was emailed to me. By now I was fuming and gave her a piece of my mind. The only saving grace to this unpleasant experience, was that my mum liked the plants. But I would never go through this ordeal with them again. You absolutely cannot be in the floral business and bark at customers - I can't imagine someone calling to order flowers for a somber occasion and having to deal with this lady's "I'm so busy, what do you want" tone. No paying customer should ever have to be treated like they're doing the business owner a favour.
