Prices are quite reasonable as well, so the value is top tier. Got the matcha and the mocha from the cafe, as well as the triple chocolate cookie. As a bonus, there's no extra cost for oat milk! The lattes were quite flavourful and warm, and the cookie was packed with flavour and soft. We sat outside by the fountain and it was very scenic and relaxing!

I called them 2 days before Mother's Day to order an assortment of plants to be delivered to my mum in St Catharines. The lady on the phone sounded like she had better things to do and my business didn't matter at all. She was impatient with me when I took less than 15 seconds to grab my credit card and when I asked her why she was so rude, she had the audacity to say - "Well I don't know why you didn't have your credit card out to begin with". I placed the order nonetheless. Later found out that my credit card was charged for $28 more than stipulated on the website. I called them all day - phone was unavailable. When I finally got in touch, the same curt lady came to the phone and said - " I would assume you knew it's tax and the delivery fee." The business is IN St Catharines - same small town as my mum's residence, $28 in tax and delivery?!! Also, why was I not made aware of this on our initial phone conversation? Not to mention that no receipt or proof of purchase was emailed to me. By now I was fuming and gave her a piece of my mind. The only saving grace to this unpleasant experience, was that my mum liked the plants. But I would never go through this ordeal with them again. You absolutely cannot be in the floral business and bark at customers - I can't imagine someone calling to order flowers for a somber occasion and having to deal with this lady's "I'm so busy, what do you want" tone. No paying customer should ever have to be treated like they're doing the business owner a favour.

We called the store on the Thursday prior to the long weekend to ensure delivery to be made on the Tuesday- his first day of school !!! Sadly Nana and Papa are far away and couldn't share his first day of kindergarten. We were absolutely heart broken to find out the store delivered the next day - Friday !!! So the moment/excitement to the day... irrelevant, lost and gone forever. We called the store, so upset and they agreed to give us a full refund-we would have rather had the experience but at least they honoured service levels ... NOT !!! NO, What the ?? We waited until the following Wednesday still waiting for our credit of $70+. So we called back the store, spoke with Sam, who apparently runs the store owned by her parents- We did ask for parents name but quickly told None of our business and that we were not going to get the refund as promised during our prior call. She would refund the $10 delivery. I asked if she truly understood the disappointment of what happened and was told she really didn't and couldn't care less. I asked to speak to some else .... No. So I again repeated, you didn't deliver as requested, you spelt his name wrong, you agreed to a full refund, then that didn't happen but you couldn't begin to understand why we would be upset. We had the pleasure of dealing with the prior owner Grace for many years and always such great experiences. So... in the end ..... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!! so that you don't go through what we did ... they truly don't care. Oh, did I mention Sam chose to hang up on us too ??? The world is small Sam....
