This is the third Schiller I'm going to, and by far one of the worst places I've ever walked into. He offered to take it out, I refused and asked for a proper new one. After five minutes he brings me back my money for the burgers and let's me know there's a problem with the grill, by that time my friend is half way through her food and I'm just eating my burger. While we were still there the grill was back to a fully functioning mode and they asked me if I want my burger now, I said yes, and then he asked me to pay for it (total waiting time until now - 55 minutes) While I realized we have been here for over an hour I approached the cashier and asked him if he thinks it's reasonable I'd pay full price for a meal I've been waiting for over an hour, as an answer I got "do you want a present? Maybe flowers?" -"No, but I think I deserve se compensation" "I'm sorry but you are making the problem" Asked for my money back and left. I was never treated like that. The famous homemade bun, which is even bought and used by some other burger joints is good as usual and the entire burger also works very well from the spiciness point of view. It`s hot, but you can still taste all the ingredients. The biggest let-down of the Wallenstein is the meat, whose degree of doneness is more than well done, which is a pity as it`s made from fresh high-quality beef. Too bad, that the patty is too dry, it could otherwise be an excellent spicy alternative. Usually when you order this kind of burger they put like 3 pieces of jalapeños but this guy was putting so many of them in it, big up for that! I also got a side of their thick house fries which were also a piping hot delight. I think I spent about 7 Euros in total including a softdrink. The look of the place is very hip-hop-inspired and the staff was very friendly. Expect to wait 5-10 minutes for your order. They also serve chicken wings, nuggets and vegan or vegetarian burger.
