DO NOT COME HERE.
If my review will make even one costumer turn its back and go somewhere better I have done my job as a yelp elite.
Worst service ever, I never thought it can get so bad.
This is the third Schiller I'm going to, and by far one of the worst places I've ever walked into.
It started with a standard order, which took them over 30 minutes to get to, when they did- they told my friend her burger is out of stock, so she had to order something else.
Then we had to wait for another 15 minutes, by that time everybody got their orders, even people who ordered after we did.
After a few minutes that our burgers were standing on the counter they figured out there were no fries.
As I finally got up to get our orders I saw that they messed up my order and put tomatoes and onions inside, even though that's pretty much they first thing I learned to say in German.
He offered to take it out, I refused and asked for a proper new one.
After five minutes he brings me back my money for the burgers and let's me know there's a problem with the grill, by that time my friend is half way through her food and I'm just eating my burger.
While we were still there the grill was back to a fully functioning mode and they asked me if I want my burger now, I said yes, and then he asked me to pay for it (total waiting time until now - 55 minutes)
While I realized we have been here for over an hour I approached the cashier and asked him if he thinks it's reasonable I'd pay full price for a meal I've been waiting for over an hour, as an answer I got "do you want a present? Maybe flowers?"
-"No, but I think I deserve se compensation"
"I'm sorry but you are making the problem"
Asked for my money back and left. I was never treated like that.
They seemed very upset they had to "work" so hard for pleasing me, losing two burgers.
The costumer is not always right- but know how to compensate people when you screw up!!!!!!!
