First off, their bubble tea cups are super cute!!! I just wish it's reusable I want to save it lol. BBTea has so many flavors which I adore cause I get bored easily! Their boba are made fresh (you can tell it hasn't been sitting idle) and the drinks are not overly sugary. I've had the Thai tea slush which is good but a little watered down. I'm just used to thick and overly sugary Thai tea lol. Other flavors are delicious as well and the worker who had made our drinks was very helpful. I would def come again!

A small little boba shop that I happened upon on a craving, and I can safely say this scratched the itch for good boba. I'm usually pretty picky about flavor powders and how at a lot of places they don't dissolve properly but for at least the taro and strawberry drinks I tried, the flavor was very well mixed. I think the popping boba was a little mild on the flavor, but that's a minor thing. +1 for the cool canned presentation too!

So glad to have stumbled upon this no fuss boba spot with great appetizers. I've gone here twice in the last two weeks and I keep on bringing more people here each time I go. I suggest going with friends and buying a drink each and a bunch of appetizers to share. Only complaint is that they all come in to go containers even if you're eating there but I did ask for plates and they gave us some paper trays (like what you would get for hot dogs). And the only utensil they gave were forks so some of the stuff was hard to split (such as the Bao buns). No big deal and didn't take away from how much we enjoyed everything. Sad to hear that they aren't carrying their banh mi anymore but I hope they bring it back soon because I definitely want to try. What we've ordered: - Big Bao Bun (typical Vietnamese style banh Bao, very good) - French fries (fresh crispy shoestring fries, recommend) - Fried Shrimp Wonton - Shrimp and Pork Dumplings - Fried Shrimp Spring Rolls

Tried the mango lychee rose - different kind of boba (felt lighter and more flavored) but enjoyable. I'd want to try the food here sometime.

Have been on a bubble tea kick so came here to check it out. Was very confused about the location of this place but then it kind of emerged out of nowhere- ambiance is nice. Bubble tea was very well made and the person who was making the tea was detail oriented and took his time to make it well. They bottles were what made this place interesting - definitely unique. They have food too but didn't try. Would come again for sure.

Great bubble tea place with many options for a reasonable price. I ordered the tiramisu frozen tea and opted for no bubbles. It was so good with small chunks of tiramisu. I highly recommend you try this. My husband ordered the coffee latte had a very strong coffee flavor. Overall, great teas! They also serve food like bubble egg waffles, banh mi, dumplings, etc. We tried their banh mi and it was decent. Definitely not as packed full of meat as some other places but flavorwise, was great. I would definitely go back the next time I'm in the area. There is a small area for you to sit if you prefer to dine in.

I've passed by the store a number of times and finally decided to try the bubble tea. I ordered the coconut milk tea with pop boba strawberry. It was very good! They have a lot of different options to choose from. They have a reward programs, buy 10 teas and get your card stamped and you get one free! There is also a $5 credit card minimum.

We wanted to try a new boba spot for delivery. I give this BB Tea a firm 3.5 stars. I ordered medium Thai tea latte and medium brown sugar boba both with cheese foam, all less ice. The delivery did take awhile and I don't think it was the driver. The tea texture is creamy in flavor and tasty but still sweet with 30% sugar. The size for medium is substantial and I do like their boba here a lot: soft texture without being mushy, caramel notes, satisfying. I also note there was no cheese foam after adding that request. I've ordered boba before elsewhere with cheese foam with just as much travel distance and it was easily spotted in the drinks. We also ordered shrimp and pork dumplings which are shumai and though tasty, 4 for $6 is somewhat robbery. The bubble waffle arrived soggy but I roasted it up in toaster oven briefly and it was brought back to life, light, fluffy, and crispy at the edges. Everything we ordered was decent and good but at this price point didn't seem totally worthwhile. If I lived in the area I world go again but for delivery in not so sure.

The tables and the floors were clean with no garbage or debris in sight. There was no music playing in this tea shop and it is quiet. Staff: The staff here seemed friendly and are patient when taking your order. Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken: This lacks a bit of flavor as they could do a little better with this. It is not crunchy on the outside and the inside is cooked to perfection and is chewy. However, you can still taste the oil that they fried the popcorn chicken in. Colorful Fruit Green Tea: It has some green tea taste, but you can barely taste it. Peach Green Tea w/ Crystal Pearls: It has a hint of green tea as well and you can taste the peach flavor. The crystal pearls taste hard and is meh. Maybe I should have ordered the regular tapioca instead. Overall: This bubble tea shop is like any other tea shops in the area. The only bad thing about this tea shop is that they do not serve hot drinks during Spring, Summer, Fall. I have never heard of any tea shops that only serve hot drinks during Winter only. Most of the other bubble tea shops in the area sell hot drinks all year long.

Both items were good, and I enjoyed the waffle, which had ice cream as the filling and was stuffed with fillings, but it was a little difficult to eat since the wrapper is not very practical, and I had to use my hands, so it got a bit messy. To my surprise this shop is actually in an apartment complex. That's probably why it's a little out of the way and parking can be a concern as it's a private area. The spots near the shop all have signs on them so I am not sure if I was allowed to park there. By the register, I asked if it was okay to park there and they seemed unsure as well but said it should be fine to park and leave within the hour. It may designed in a way where you live in the complex and can just stop in without leaving the property which I have seen for a couple of these newer apartment buildings. The shop itself is fine, clean, small amount of seating. I think this may be the type of shop where I just pick up or get delivery from instead of bringing a big group to hang out for some bubble tea. I had ordered a Sesame milk tea. It was essentially a milk tea but sesame seeds were blended through it. It was gritty kinda like how red bean bobas are but not like sweet bean paste. It had that sesame seeds taste that you get from burger buns with sesame seeds on them. I wasn't sure what I was expecting but I can't say that's what it was. Maybe others like that as it's probably healthier than tapioca balls but I just was not into it. This shop online, prided itself on making their tapioca balls in house. I didn't get them cause I just wanted to try the shop and the balls were all $2+ add ons for whatever drinks I looked at. I didn't dislike coming here but I think if I come back I would order something else, probably something more flavorful

They refuse to have any interpersonal interaction with customers. They inform the customers to use the kiosk machine instead. Cleanliness: The store is clean with no garbage or debris left on tables, chairs, floors, or near the garbage can area. Pricing: The drinks and snacks here are decent prices from $5.00 and up. Ube Coconut Vietnamese Coffee: This drink was a little different and it just did not taste great. My friend stated that he was glad he added sugar, but he felt like this drink could have been better as it was not to his liking. Mango Matcha: I have mixed feelings about this drink as it tasted a little weird. One sip it tastes a little sweet and another sip it tastes a little bitter. I think I should have stuck with some mango drink instead. Chocolate Egg Pancake: Last time we got this item it did not have any chocolate filling inside of it. It was just a regular egg pancake but chocolate looking. They perfected this with the chocolate filling inside and it definitely tastes better now. Overall: I do not think I would come out of my way just to come here to get bubble tea. If I am in this area again next time, then I may give it another try with a different drink. They should also start to communicate with their customers because some customers love to interact with people.
