The tables and the floors were clean with no garbage or debris in sight. There was no music playing in this tea shop and it is quiet. Staff: The staff here seemed friendly and are patient when taking your order. Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken: This lacks a bit of flavor as they could do a little better with this. It is not crunchy on the outside and the inside is cooked to perfection and is chewy. However, you can still taste the oil that they fried the popcorn chicken in. Colorful Fruit Green Tea: It has some green tea taste, but you can barely taste it. Peach Green Tea w/ Crystal Pearls: It has a hint of green tea as well and you can taste the peach flavor. The crystal pearls taste hard and is meh. Maybe I should have ordered the regular tapioca instead. Overall: This bubble tea shop is like any other tea shops in the area. The only bad thing about this tea shop is that they do not serve hot drinks during Spring, Summer, Fall. I have never heard of any tea shops that only serve hot drinks during Winter only. Most of the other bubble tea shops in the area sell hot drinks all year long.

Both items were good, and I enjoyed the waffle, which had ice cream as the filling and was stuffed with fillings, but it was a little difficult to eat since the wrapper is not very practical, and I had to use my hands, so it got a bit messy. Did I regret it? No way, I loved it; hopefully, they would just have a better container for it, lol. Definitely will get a sugar rush, so be careful hahaha. I would definitely go back to try the other flavors

What we ordered: - Passion Fruit Green Tea with Strawberry Boba - Taro Sesame Milk Tea I am a big fan of the strawberry boba and both drinks were pretty good. I would definitely return to try out other things. I noticed that they also have ice cream as well There is a parking lot but it shares it with the other businesses and the apartment complex so it was limited. We snuck in a spot for "future residents". Not sure how much it is monitored but we were fine even though our drinks took a particularly long time. As I searched for a bubble tea shop in the area, I found this shop. I thought oh that must be new…read moresince I know that area and have never seen it before. To my surprise this shop is actually in an apartment complex. That's probably why it's a little out of the way and parking can be a concern as it's a private area. The spots near the shop all have signs on them so I am not sure if I was allowed to park there. By the register, I asked if it was okay to park there and they seemed unsure as well but said it should be fine to park and leave within the hour. It may designed in a way where you live in the complex and can just stop in without leaving the property which I have seen for a couple of these newer apartment buildings. The shop itself is fine, clean, small amount of seating. I think this may be the type of shop where I just pick up or get delivery from instead of bringing a big group to hang out for some bubble tea. I had ordered a Sesame milk tea. It was essentially a milk tea but sesame seeds were blended through it. It was gritty kinda like how red bean bobas are but not like sweet bean paste. It had that sesame seeds taste that you get from burger buns with sesame seeds on them. I wasn't sure what I was expecting but I can't say that's what it was. Maybe others like that as it's probably healthier than tapioca balls but I just was not into it. This shop online, prided itself on making their tapioca balls in house. I didn't get them cause I just wanted to try the shop and the balls were all $2+ add ons for whatever drinks I looked at. I didn't dislike coming here but I think if I come back I would order something else, probably something more flavorful

I desired this drink to be cold and no milk which my requests were fulfilled and satisfied. The tea was standard but good quality. I have a predilection for Oolong and green tea - particularly Matcha green tea. The ice, as usual, entirely melted and my drink became room temperature - this time during my long-haul car ride returning to NYC. The grass jelly is average, somewhat served chilled and paucity for minimal quantity but a nice delight. I strongly believe there is a price discrimination for preferential treatment as New Jersey is significantly lowered price than its neighbor state New York. For $6.50 medium drink it is very reasonable price by the economic standards of stagflation 2026 era. If I live within distance from Edison, New Jersey and have driving skills enabling car ownership I would surely make the occasional trek to this Edison, NJ bubble tea business.
